Very nice hotel for business travellers. Front desk check in team are very polite, service is fast. Overall stay was very pleasant.

it was wonderful times we spent in this hotel. As it's has great location in front of aldahran shopping mall and easy access to a variety of restaurants. the recipients are friendly and helpful.. the swimming pool are amazing. I really recommend it and sure I will back again.

I booked a room temporarily. It was already 6am the next day when I arrived at the front desk. But the waiter was very nice. The only downside was that the front desk didn't have any good prices at that time, which was much more expensive than Ctrip. Later I booked a good one on Ctrip.

This hotel doesn't have any eye-catching places, so I didn't take any photos. When we checked in in the afternoon, the front desk staff didn't pay much attention to us. The service attitude was not good, not as good as in the first-tier cities in Saudi Arabia. The height of the sink in the room was very low, about the height of my legs, and I had to bend down to use it. It took me several minutes to find the gym on the rooftop and I found it was behind a closed door. In general, the room design and gym design are unreasonable. In addition, the alarm sounded in the room at 5:00 am yesterday, which was scary. It took about 1 minute for the alarm to go off. There is a billiard table on the first floor of the lobby where you can play a simple game, but the billiard table is not a standard size, it is very small.

The environment is good, the location is OK, and there is plenty of communication and entertainment space in the lobby.
