Excellent customer service with a little chitchat on the side which makes our dining experience more enjoyable specially Ms Joyce. The food is very tasty and prepared neatly and served warm. Salad choices are also very sumptuous. The manager Mr Musab is also very accomodating.

Good clean nice hotel and will recommend it for another visitors and family .. it is my first vist and I see kind and helpful people . Location of hotel was very close and easy to get taxi and shopping mall . And WXYZ Cafe shop was very kind .and mr sheikh was so friendly and helpful .

However it is a very nice looking hotel, the housekeeping could be improved. The shower had black dirty corners, also the hose was too short and due to this I had to bend down to wash my hair. I stayed 5 nights and on two last days I had to ask for clean towels since housekeeping had forgotten to put them there one night and on the second instance they came after 20.00 hrs!!

The location is excellent across from Al Rashid mall with plenty to do there and always an eager taxi to take you around. The Good The bell boys are attentive and the man working the desk is very accommodating. Very clean and shiny everything. The hallways are a little worn for some reason and the carpet. The over sized room was beautiful and clean. Very nice. The not so good. Weird room service only breakfast and lunch menu. The girls behind the desk in the lobby could not be any more rude if they tried. I believe it in my heart, they were actually trying to be as rude as humanly possible.

The building and the decor are fine. The apartments are well equipped and comfortable. There is just some modernization to be made to the patio doors. Even when close the road noise is shocking. No matter what time of day. This makes for a very poor nights sleep. This was constant throughout mw stay. The doors need replacing with sound proofed glass and sealed closing doors throughout. I might have well slept out side the noise was that bad. The next point is the broadband. For a hotel on the Corniche to have broadband that it's max speed is 3 MBPS. That doesn't help with trying to work within the building. Then being told you should use your own 5G as a hot spot is not exactly encouraging. This needs to be addressed for the experience also.
