Could not fault the staff and their attention to detail with ensuring our stay was everything we expected it to be. Food was very good. Classes were excellent and I loved the ginger tea. The backdrop and setting alone is worth visiting this special location and I love the way the hotel has been constructed to be part of the environment. Just one point to consider - please hire more staff to answer your phones. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience and see you again next time are lucky enough to be in Al Ula

Incrivel experiência, paisagens de tirar o folego, muito diferente. O hotel pode melhorar no quesito transporte, muito demorado e só ficam na recepção, deveriam ficar alguns no cafe e restaurante, pois tem radios e se comunicam rápido.

The hotel has great service and a very kind and helpful staff. However, the mattress I slept on was really uncomfortable. Be mindful If you have back injuries.

Cozy and clean caravans. It is a stay to remember. Highly recommended. I would definitely book it again for future trips. The vibes were amazing and the stay exceptionally above expectations.
