The overall stay experience was very good. The room type was upgraded for free. The room that originally did not have a swimming pool now has a swimming pool. I was very happy. The canyon swimming pool is beautiful. The Maraya Concert Hall is directly opposite the room, which was a surprise.

Everything is perfect here, except it's a bit expensive. There is only pick-up and drop-off in Malaya, and mineral water must be prepared. The battery was surprisingly fast, and there were even fresh strawberries and cherries for breakfast. The hotel is located in a wonderful scenery, and the starry sky is also there!

I think Banyan Tree is one of the best hotels in AlUla. The rooms are large. The Banyan Tree Al Ula resort has 47 luxury tents, two restaurants, a spa and two viewing pavilions. You can pick up and drop off your hotel by car when going to Maraya, and you can also send it there for free when you check in at habitas. It’s really not that good! Breakfast is a buffet and a la carte, and the taste is very good. Our room is facing the Maraya Concert Hall. You can see the sunrise and sunset from the room, and you can also light the fire for free. The service is first-class!

Environment and overall satisfaction very beautiful place The service is deplorable. Entrust Ctrip to book hotel pick-up service I was told that guests can only make reservations via email in person. OK. Make a reservation and provide detailed information such as flight and landing time. (The hotel responds very slowly to emails) Get the driver’s contact information the day before arrival No one was there to greet you at the airport on the day you arrived. Call the driver and tell him that he hasn't received any reservations. It was very good. I finally took a taxi and went to the hotel by myself.

Visiting Aura is the best choice. Bedouin tents and modern and luxurious decoration styles in the mountains and wilderness allow people to naturally blend into the environment and enjoy it all.

Very satisfied with this trip to Oita on Ctrip. When we arrived at the hotel, we found out that the hotel swimming pool was broken and could not be used. However, after communicating with Ctrip customer service, Ctrip asked the hotel to upgrade our room type for free.

Service beyond expectations

Pool which is main feature of this property was not working. They did inform me after I booked my stay. They also had made arrangements with Habitat but it was not the same. I was hoping they would some how compensate me for inconvenience but they did not. other than that a great property and great staff

The only problem was card key. Finally they gave us metal key. Also some water problem in bath room. However, the whole design of this property is one of best in my life. Staff are so friendly
