Check-in time was at 14:00, but we arrived early and were not even allowed into the hotel's garden. Even Hilton allows early arrivals to use its pool before check-in time. Also, they didn't even let me sit in the lobby after check out. It was long before our bus time, they kept our luggage for a fee, but we were asked to go out. Even though we paid for the luggage, we were not even allowed to stay in the garden. Common areas such as the pool, kitchen and lobby were clean. There were black hairs in the sink and bathtub in the room, they had not been cleaned well. There was no shampoo, only shower gel and hand washing gel, the hair dryer was not working. Those who plan to go here should bring their own products, and if they arrive early or leave late, they should look for another place to sit for these hours. You are definitely not allowed to wait, even in the garden. Even if you put your belongings in and pay for them, they will kick you out. Very rude people. You pay your money and become disgraced.

We had a really nice time and stayed 10 days in morro otel alacati. We even got a free room upgrade when we arrived.That was a nice surprise. Even though we saw that all the rooms are beautiful, clean, cool and have good massive beds. We got a very nice room with a view in the street and a typical alacati style “window” in which we could sit and enjoy the sounds of alacati evenings and mornings. The breakfast in the magnificent olive tree- garden and served bij the super friendly and modest zeynep was very good and healthy. Every day different fruits and typical turkisch bread. Way to much for us all together. The place is called a hidden gem in reviews before and we defenately agree on that 😃. Besides that it is close to alacati old center -which is dazzling in the evenings- but still peacefull. We defenately reccomend!! Kitty and Rudy from Holland.

Alacati daki eviniz diye bosuna söylenmiyormus gercekten yasayıp gördük:)Odamızı cok sevdik ,Cumbalı oda istiyorum diye 1 gece de cumbalı odada kalmamizi saglayan Zeynep Hanım a tesekkür ederim:)Kaldıgımız 2 oda da cok genisti,bòylesine az rastladık.Her seyimizle ilgilenen tatlı personelinize de tesekkür ederiz:)
