Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort Reviews

We spent Nyepi day on this hotel and it was quite good. They also got activities that we can do during Nyepi day like yoga and bag weaving. The facilities are complete and since it is quite new the hotel looks clean and pristine. There also 3 pools to choose from plus a kiddie pool. I especially enjoyed the Tanah Liat restaurant, the foods were amazing! 🤩 I will go back to this hotel given the chance that I will go again to Nusa Dua.

To be honest this hotel is not anywhere near beach it’s definitely much smaller than st Regis or kempsinski but the rooms are fantastic newly renovated and comfy ! I was apprehensive at first but after staying here I am coming back next trip ! If it’s bother you that you are not near the beach just take the shuttle or taxi won’t cost you much ! I wish I stayed here longer ! The decorations in the rooms make u relax while you just lie there and do nothing lol 😂 I am glad that the price is reasonable and you get the nice comfy bed , the breakfast has a good mix too ! The hotel is good enough. The room smelled damp. I want to say a huge thanks to the caring staff of the hotel. It so happened that I felt incredibly ill, the hotel staff drove me and escorted me to the hospital

This resort is just 20 mins away from the airport in a quiet and family area of Nusa Dua. Buffet has different options including vegetarian, Mediterranean, and Asian. Customer crew always willing to helping you. Shuttle from/to beach and mall available each 30 mins. Daily sports and cultural activities such as yoga and fruits craving.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was beautiful. Loved how they have daily activities for kids and adults too. Good breakfast spread. Only downside is that the beach is far which requires guests to take the shuttle provided.

Perfect! Everything is was outstanding. Kids friendly hotel, my kids enjoy the hotel very much, they don’t even want to out from hotel. Breakfast was good. There was foam pool event for kids on 25 December, very fun. Reception was very friendly, room was clean and perfect! Recommended

The service in The Renaissance was amazing. From check inn till check out everything was good. The resort manager and the general manager were really kind and offered a drink with a little conversation. I will stay again in this hotel in the future. Thanks for the service and hospitality.

Everything was absolutely amazing! Our experience was so great that my husband and I both agreed we have to come back to Bali and stay here again. Our kids were in tears when we wanted to check out they loved it so much they didn’t want to leave. Thank you so much for making Bali so memorable for our family!

Wonderful modern room and comprehensive breakfast. Love the free flow fruit juices and health drinks. The beach is alright but needs to take the free transport.

Newly opened resort in Nusa Dua with excellent facilities and plenty to do. Aside the 4 pools and spa, there is also a Marriott Beach Club at the Nusa Dua Beach for hotel guests. Shuttle runs regularly between the beach, shopping and hotel from 10am -9pm. There are a lot of activities at the hotel such as aqua zumba, water polo, aromatherapy class, and many more for guests to join ! Breakfast has so much varieties and everything was delicious. Simply one of the best hotel buffet breakfast I have had! Staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. Highly recommending this resort .

The service never failed from marriot bonvoy,, Hotel very big and so many facilities… Book normal room free so many things until cannot finished 😅 Requested birthday decorations (and really they setting with the cake) best!! The spa was very good and feel energized after that 😅 Breakfast also quite nice Free shuttle to bali discovery and to the beach The beach not so many people and feel private Thanks renaissance 🥰

The facilities and breakfast buffet were great, we were enjoying them. The staff were friendly. However, there were two things I would like to complain about - the laundry service price was so expensive, we were charged $8,000,000 IDR without showing the price before the service. Another one was the internet connection was terrible.
