Initially planned another hotel. Not regret at all! Excellent location relative to everything.There are a lot of good written here,I want to join all positive feedback.The most important is 100% customer orientation. You are as if you came to close, good friends! Ready to help 24/7 . Thank you Ertan Bay, Ali, Pavel and Natalia. Natalia is the best! Please leave the tip cleaners.These women are very good, kind, carefully doing their work and how everyone in this hotel is happy to help you! Good rest! 302 (4th Turkish)

The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, right next to the beach of Cleopatra. all the sights in step availability. Food excellent. almost every day there was beef, turkey, chicken is of course. once for dinner were given lamb. in 10 days of rest there was fish three times (dorada, pepper, scumbria). wife liked some dessert. fruits on the season for October:fruit, apples, oranges, mandarins, delicious creams and excellent grapes. breakfasts are standard for Turkey. I don't Iran is enough in this hotel. it is not given. wifi in the room, speed is good. of the downsides-noise in the room is bad. lived on the first floor. even with closed windows it was difficult to sleep from the throat-which was under the windows of Poles (most of the residents of this hotel) until 12 nights. screaming, songs, Laughs stopped only after the bar was closed. the hotel would return but would be asked for the upper floor rooms.

Excellent service, friendly staff. I had my birthday whilst here and they arranged a cake, bubbles, balloons and a gift. The team all sang happy birthday and made my day special. The owner was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, in fact from the moment we arrived, everyone made our holiday special. There is a shuttle bus to the beach and the beds and parasols are free. The food is excellent and there is a good range to choose from. Lots of guests we met continue to visit each year. We will be returning too! ❤️

We checked in quickly, the room was clean, bright, there was a refrigerator, air conditioning, wi-fi, and a hairdryer. Room on the fifth floor with a spacious balcony overlooking the city and the mountain of the Alanya fortress. This balcony had side walls, so when the sun goes down you can sit privately on the balcony. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a restaurant with delicious food, such as mixed seafood. There is a small cozy pool on the roof. I didn’t use the pool, because I think that tourist pools should be used by children and women. The beach is within walking distance. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you Hotel Kleopatra for the warm welcome!

The hotel is lovely in itself but a massive shame about the staff… they are all rude and don’t even acknowledge you, they take food and drinks before you are done and please dont ever expect to get bottled water! (You can only get this from the restaurant bar which has a wicked queue). We literally had to beg to get a bottle of water from the bar for my babies bottle so we could feed him, the only water available is from a water machine at the side of the bar that tasted metallic and they only give you cups the size of a shot glass :) Not to mention you get there and they place you in a random room only to say you either need to pay an extra £380 to stay in that room or move the next day in the afternoon so you can’t relax. They also don’t really clean the rooms when you are in them.. I think they came in and moved the quilts in our room and that’s it, there was still formula we had dropped on the side from the morning. You are also not allowed to use the towels for the pool so please don’t attempt it they will go mad! BRING YOUR OWN. It wasn’t all bad the food was lovely and always had a really nice variety also there is a beach right outside (but it’s €9 a sunbed) you can just sit on the beach with a towel though. There are plenty of shops and restaurants immediately around the hotel so it terms of location it’s spot on.

We came September the 26, started on a room we didn’t expect so I had to go and ask for another room then Volkan came and helped us to get in a new room and it was amazing to see. So Really good service from Volkan I felt like I needed to tip him for the service👍. So I did…

Hotel itself was very basic, room was nice and clean had no issues. Water filled up daily in fridge, sheets were clean and room had air con. Thought it was a scam that we had to pay €8 for two days for WiFi when I used my card for the transaction I got a call from a no caller saying that my house had been broken into at home and items listed that were stolen… this was not true and very bizarre so be careful. Food was horrendous we ate out during our stay so all inclusive is not worth it at this hotel and I can eat most things on the last day we thought we would save a bit of money and eat in the hotel my partner had such bad food poisoning was horrendous. This hotel also took 4 hours to get to from the airport so just bare that in mind when booking because we thought it took 2 hrs max. There is probably much closer hotels that are nicer than this one. I would rate this hotel a 3 star for suree!!

Birçok otel gördüm her önüne gelenin barmen olduğu sanırım bir tek burada. Suçlu yönetim. Çok işe az personel çalışıyor bar kısmında. 10 gidişin 8inde sıra bekliyorsunuz. Barmenlerin ve yanındaki elemanların canı çıkıyor ama çocuklar yine de elinden gelenin fazlasını yapıyor. Eleman az. Ama mesela aşçı kısmına gelelim eleman fazlalığı var. Barın yanında snack restoranda görevli 40 civarında yaşı olan aşçı arkadaş pek bir suratsız. Gerçi onun suratı benim keyfimi kaçıramaz. Restoranda masalara servis veren bütün gençler işinde hevesli ve iyiler. Ama iş yükleri aşırı fazla. Otelden milyonları götürüp elemanların canlarının çıkmasına sessiz kalmıyorum. Oteldeki barda bir kişi ismini vermeyeceğim yabancı müşterinin birine asıldı ne kadar kötü bir izlenim anlatamam. İngilizce bilmediğimizi düşündü sanırım. Sonrasında özel ücretsiz specialinden bende istedim 30snde hazırladığı başka bir basit içecek ile gönderdi beni. Kültür seviyesine bakarak çok da önemsemedim. Diğer barmen arkadaşlara sevgilerimi iletiyorum. Bazı yerli müşteriler evet gerçekten alıngan bir tavırla ön yargı ile geliyorlar türk müşterilere ayrım var vs gibi. Ben bu izlenimle gitmedim çünkü gerçekten sıkıntı profiller var ülkemizde. Buna rağmen sıfır önyargıyla gitmeme rağmen otel resepsiyonu beni zorla olumsuz yoruma itti. Öncelikle bize kattaki en küçük oda verilmiş. Kendini çok zeki sanan otel müdürü ve resepsiyon görevlisi arkadaşlar iyi okusun buradan sonrasını. Sırf oda belirtmedik diye hayatımda gördüğüm en dar oda (ki bence o oda kapatılmalı)verildi. Aşağı gayet sakin kibar bir eda ile indim rica ettim. İlk başta bana full dolu olduklarını söylediler anlıyorum sizleri dedim ama çıkışlar olacaktır vs. Dediki işte çok zor ama not alalım vs geçiştirildim. Sonra bir daha indim dedim ki not aldınız umarım bana pek öyle gelmedi ama bakın sizden rica ediyorum ben gerginlik çıkaran o profilden değilim güzelce rica ettim elinizden gelirse çok memnun olurum. Tekrar işte Çarşamba boşalacak yerler var söz vermeyelim ama ( bu kısmı otel müdürü de bu şekilde iletti Çarşamba ayarlamaya çalışacağım) En son eşim kötü polis olarak indi aşağı dedi ki asla kabul etmiyorum o odada kalınmaz vs biraz uzattı hemen müdür bey ekranları kurcaladı yarın (salı günü) yer var onu ayarlayalım dedi. Şimdi sorarım sana ey müdür bey adam gibi konuşana mı tavrın ? Kibar olmak mı suç? Ağzınızı açsanız şikayet edeceğiniz ilk şey türk müşteri olur. E kardeşim sen kötü polisin isteğini yapıyorsun ?? Bilerek ve isteyerek yaptığımız iyi kötü polis taktiği ile isteğimizin olabileceğini gördük. Ayrıca yabancı turistler bu platform gibi daha ucuza yer ayarlıyorlar türk turistler daha pahalı ödüyorlar ( dolar bazında) Sıkıntınız nedir işte bunu çözemedim. Bunlar dışında Otelin spor salonu 10/2 kullanılmaz durumda Otelin yiyeceklerinde bazı ürünler ilk yetişene devamı olmuyor . standart ürünler devamı var ve sorunsuz ekleniyor. Çatal bıçaklar yeterince hızlı doldurulmuyor. Suçlu personel azlığı yani yönetimde. Bu gençlere üç kuruş veriyorsunuz ama en çok onların sırtından para kazanıyorsunuz. Büyük baş personellerin keyfi yerinde gördüm. Son olarak animatör tayfun beye sevgilerimi saygılarımı iletiyorum. O olmazsa otelinizde zaman geçmiyor:) Otele kötü yönetim az personelden dolayı nötr veriyorum. Kendini uyanık sanan müşteri geçiştiren yönetimden dolayı nötr yerine negatife çeviriyorum. 10/5 puanla bu incelemeyi kapatıyorum.

We have stayed at this lovely hotel before and after several cancellations due to covid we were looking forward to coming back. The staff are lovely and welcoming and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are clean and well presented and fresh towels daily. The pool area is a lovely and quiet place to relax in the day and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. It was lovely to be greeted by Rocky as we walked in, he is a firm favourite with all the guests. It's a shame the breakfast has changed as they used to do a buffet style breakfast where you could choose what you had whereas now it is given to you at the table. We will be returning again however as the friendliness of everyone there is amazing and Oba is a great little town. Our happy place 😊

An honest review My experience of Lumos was mixed but wanted to write a review to help other choosing of where to stay. 1st - Note that the hotel is far from the airport in Antalya. Depending on the time of day it can take upwards of 2.5 hours. I had a shared shuttle and it was fine both ways, (no more than 2.5 hours) but just to note if this is something important to you. 2nd - If you are a light sleeper / like quiet hotels this hotel is not for you. It's unfortunate and not the fault of the hotel but it's not well situated in regards to noise. My room on the first night faced a nightclub next to the hotel and the noise was really louds till 3am. To their credit the staff were really accommodating and moved me for the rest of my stay but my second room was facing the pool where there was lots of noise from nearby entertainment and I could hear the lobby really loud. Again depends on personal preference, if this is important for you but for me was bad as a light sleeper. 3rd - Food was okay, the patisserie is nice to have during the day. I will say that I think the food isn't reflective of a 5* hotel. There isn't much choice or variation throughout the days with meals at short times (7 - 9 breakfast, 12 - 2 lunch and 7 -9 dinner. 4th - Pools are nice and not busy to relax to. The beach is 2 min walk from the hotel, but I found it to be really busy in quite a small space (by 10am there are no deckchairs) and as it's not attached to the hotel I noticed lots of non Lumos guests in the area. Staff are friendly - it's mixed which is normal wherever you go - I found lots of the guests to be really rude towards to the staff most noticeably.
