Azak Hotel

There was nothing good about the hotel other than its location and beach. The sheets in the room were torn, the bedspreads were stained. The toilet flush was constantly leaking water. If you ask about the TV, there wasn't a single channel without ants. In short, I went there trusting the comments here, but there were a lot of deficiencies.

Based on a number of reviews, we thought we could reserve this hotel. Not the expectation of super luxury, but on the beach, near the center, with a swimming pool and the food and staff turned out well. What a misery. Sour staff, couldn't say a good morning, understood virtually no English. Everything is outdated. Poor quality food. We had our doubts about some dishes during breakfast, despite having been in Turkey for 30 years. Little choice. Many of the holidaymakers came from Eastern Bloc countries. Putting the towel down at half past five in the morning, and then not using it all day. Arguments in the rooms, even at night. Nothing is said about it. Rooms are cleaned with the French stroke, do not look under the toilet seat. Beds on the beach have to be paid for, while they have parasols from the hotel and are used by hotel guests. The manager is immediately next to your bed and, despite the fact that the beach is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, he already starts folding the umbrellas at 6:00 PM, even if you are still there. Several times we had already paid for our drinks voucher with the "manager" on the beach and this voucher had to be paid again at the reception. We do not understand how this hotel has earned its stars on this site. The stars of various organizations that hang in the hall of the hotel date from 2019. We're not going back. Also considering the price, I think there is something better out there Kindness and hospitality cost nothing and that would have earned a little more credit Furthermore, there is a small, fairly aggressive young boy standing in front of the Spa door, who bites into you and won't let go.

Жила в отеле 4 суток, в начале октября. Выбрала отель из-за месторасположения. Хотелось прямо на пляже... Итак, по порядку. Отель из немногих, которые находятся прямо на пляже. Персонал приветлив. Еда без изысков, но съедобно. Для трёшки нормально. Но на ужине напитки за дополнительную плату. Практически из каждого номера видно море. Номер ну очень уставший, если не сказать больше. Я думаю, что администратор когда отдавал мне ключ(именно ключ с брелком) ожидал, что я вернусь и очень обрадовался когда я сказала, что остаюсь в этом номере. Везде запах старого, и в номере, и в коридоре. Шкаф я вообще не закрывала, чтобы вещи не задохнулись. Холодильник делал вид, что работал, но охлаждал чуть-чуть. После пользования унитазом нужно было долго играться со сливом, чтобы остановить воду. Вентиляция в ванной выключалась с таким звуком, что было страшно. В ванной в наличии только шампунь и мыло.Гель для душа и кондиционер отсутствуют(возможно в трёшке так и должно быть...) . Хоть я всегда со своим. В верхний держатель для душа распылитель вставить просто невозможно. Мини бар заполнен, но все платно. Даже вода по приезду не предоставляется. Очень жаль, что на букинге не пишут про отсутствие пляжных полотенец. Пляж: Вход в море плиты. Лежаки возле бассейна бесплатно, на пляже 100 лир. Причём первый ряд недоступен. Узнать сколько нужно доплатить не получилось. Мне ответили, что если я одна, то мне нельзя, только для двоих. Пришлось ходить в начало пляжа, к пещере Дамлаташ, там и вход в море песочек и с лежаками проще). Вторично сюда не приеду, разве что будет заманчивая цена. Большой плюс, в отеле мало русских.

Ayrıca dışarıdan içecek gibi herhangi bir şeyin getirilmesine izin verilmiyor. Her şey dahil değildir çünkü içki ve alkolün hepsi ekstra paradır ve fiyatların hiçbir anlamı yoktur. Personel dostça değil ve size gülümsemiyor bile. Temizlikçi kadınlar zar zor temizliyor ve yorumunuz varsa size çok kaba davranıyorlar. Sadece 1 anahtar var ve bunun iki kişiye hiçbir faydası yok. Banyolar kirli ve her yerde siyah şeyler var (bakteri).
