Я отдыхала в Клеопатра Икиз с 17.09 по 31.09 2024. Отдых очень понравился. Отель очень комфортный,отличное питание в прекрасном помещении ресторана.Завтраки обычные,как во всех 3* и 4* отелях,а на обед и ужин всегда что-нибудь очень вкусное от шеф-повара. Очень вкусно готовят рыбу,индейку,курочку и кефте,разнообразные гарниры,много овощей и салатов,фрукты,выпечка,сладости.Из фруктов всегда были арбузы очень спелые и сладкие,дыни,апельсины,яблоки.В баре с 10.00 до 22.00 всякие напитки и вина,всегда свежий горячий чай и кофе из кофемашины,водичка в кулере всегда холодненькая. Номер удобный,отличный душ,новая вся сантехника,удобные матрасы,убирали ежедневно. Кондиционер хорошо работал,телевизор был,но я его ни разу не включала.Балкон со столом и стульями. А главное-пляж буквально через дорогу! Самый прекрасный пляж Клеопатра и лазурное море!!! С удовольствием приехала бы еще в этот прекрасный отель! Спасибо всему персоналу!!!

Ablamla birlikte geldik otelin odaları çok temiz ekstra temizlik isteyip istemediğimiz soruldu ,yemekleri güzel ***et doyurucu menülerdi beğendim konumu çok iyi zaten otogara 2 dakika plaja karşıya geçerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz özel plajı yok ama otelden indirimli şezlong ve şemsiye alabiliyorsunuz .Ömer bey çok yardımcı oldu, ***et güler yüzlü ve iyi bir hizmet aldık ben oteli beğendim bir daha Alanya’ya gelsem yine burada kalmayı tercih ederim ***et uygun ve tam bir aile oteli gönül rahatlığıyla kalabilirsiniz.

Kız kardeşimle geldim ailelerin tercih edebileceği güzel temiz bir otel. Konum olarak Kleopatra plajının hemen yanında sadece karşıdan karşıya geçerek plaja ulaşabiliyorsunuz özel plajı yok ama otel indirimli şezlong ve şemsiye veriyor ve çok uyguna geliyor. Otogara sadece 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Odalar çok güzel ve temiz ekstra temizlik isteyip istemediğimiz soruldu. Yarım pansiyon ve standart oda tercih etmiştik çok memnun kaldık. Odada klima ve tv mevcuttu. Otelin L şeklinde çok tatlı bir havuzu var. Sadece yemekler daha çeşitlendirilebilir ama ***et doyurucu menüleri vardı. Güler yüzlü ve iyi bir hizmet aldık seneye Alanya'ya gelirsem tekrar tercih edeceğim kalitede bir yerdi tavsiye ederim.

Das Hotel ist sehr Strandnahe ohne großen Luxus. Reicht aber völlig aus um einen schönen Urlaub für einen fairen Preis zu machen. Zimmer ist sauber gewesen. Bei Ankunft wurden wir super lieb aufgenommen und begrüßt, auch mit einem Getränk. Man muss sagen das die Wände des Hotels sehr dünn sind und es deswegen verhältnismäßig laut ist, hinzu kommt das eine Moschee direkt in der Nähe ist und man so das beten immer mitbekommt. Auch die anderen Gäste hört man schon sehr früh. Dieses stört uns jedoch nicht man möchte ja auch was von dem Tag haben ;) Außerdem sind wir die Lärmkulisse gewohnt, da wir in der Stadt wohnen. Der Manager ist sehr sympathisch und strahlt aus, dass man herzlich willkommen ist. Das ganze Personal hier ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen ist einfach gehalten , jedoch lecker. Auch schön ist es, das das Hotel stadtnah ist. ( ca. 30 Min zu Fuß) . Insgesamt kann man sagen das das Hotel sehr einfach gehalten ist jedoch für einen Urlaub völlig ausreichend und gut ist. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würden nochmal hier her kommen, schon allein wegen der Lage.

They do not give drinks other than water because we did not get lunch even though we bought a pension in the morning and evening, only a few gentlemen on duty offered, but this is our right. It is really shameful that they offend us by saying you cannot get coffee. Room cleaning should be done every day without us saying it, towels should be changed, but it is not done without us saying it. There is a parking problem. There may be music in the evenings, etc. It was a business that I would not recommend.

We stayed with my sister for 4 nights. They did not change our sheets without us telling them. When we asked for them to be changed, they snapped. I definitely do not recommend it in terms of hygiene, we have been itching since we arrived. There was no soap in the sink, we bought it ourselves from outside. The food was always the same and bad, only the main course changed. They served the same watermelon for 4 days. Since a dessert similar to shredded wheat had not been eaten for 4 days, it was opened for service, we did not see any other dessert presentation. The drinks are paid, they do not belong to the hotel, only the guy there served them to us. The hotel is very old, friends, there is never any variety in the breakfast, there was the same thing every day. The interior of the hotel is old, there is no music or entertainment, it is not hygienic at all, I definitely do not recommend it
