One of the nicest hotels I stayed in with super friendly staff that helps to foresee any possible wish from the guests Superb location directly at the harbor with a wide variety of restaurants and bazar shopping Great breakfast buffet with everything you can wish for and also there staff is for seeing and helping with every wish We have been staying at Numa Port the second time and it will be our hotel to go if we are in Alanya

Excellent place to stay if you enjoy a sea-side vacation. Top quality service and well maintained facilities. The view from the room and hotel location are the highlights. The restaurants nearby offer some the best seafood you're going to find in Turkey. The only con is the noisy karaoke bar next door.

It was a pleasant stay with a room where all needs were considered down to the smallest detail, a perfect view and a wonderful breakfast. He deserves his money.

The handsome guy at the front desk upgraded the sea view room for free. The hotel is comfortable, the breakfast is very good, and the scenic spots are right at your feet, perfect😍

First time in Turkey. Nice room (did not have a sea view room), good location, staff very hospitable and was able to try Turkish dishes everyday for breakfast. So much choice! Only thing is that this hotel lacks a pool. Beach nearby is not a sandy beach.

I have just returned from a fabulous week at this great 4* hotel in the port of Analya. It's a boutique hotel without a sun terrace or pool however, it offers beautiful views over the port of Analya. I upgraded to a harbour view and it was well worth the extra cost . My bedroom was fabulous. Very modern and spotlessly clean. It also has a modern digital safe Thank you, Rayhan, for your excellent housekeeping. Towels are very white and changed daily. Toiletities include toothbrush and toothpaste which wad very impressive for a 4* star hotel. I was also provided with a dressing gown and slippers. The air conditioning was excellent, offering a cool nights sleep in very hot temperatures, and the bed was very comfortable TV offered UK BBC and US CNN news channels. The hotel breakfast was one of the best I have had in a 4* star hotel. The cappuccinos were so good and the variety of fresh fruit and cheeses were excellent . The hot foods, particularly the eggs bar, were delicious. All the staff in the restaurant bar reception and housekeeping are so attentive and polite. You can order dinner in the bar which is delicious and cooked and delivered to the hotel bar by a neighbouring restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return. It's a 4 * hotel with a 5* star customer service and facilities. I can highly recommend this hotel to solo travellers

Excellent hotel in a great spot overlooking the harbour. We did bed and breakfast & at the breakfast each morning there was plenty of unlimited choices of hot and cold food, teas, coffees and juices. The waiting staff were superb and looked after us very well. The room was beautiful and cleaned every day and a happy birthday banner with lovely fruit was there to greet us in the room for my partner's birthday after we had been out for the day. A lovely touch :) We give this hotel 10/10!

Luxurious decoration, polite competent staff, very clean and excellent quality and selection of food. We upgraded our room for a sea view and it is well worth it. The room was not huge but had everything you needed and more, kettle, coffee maker, cups, glasses, mini bar (chargeable) , fridge, safe, air con, hair dryer, iron & board, slippers, dressing gown, lots of toiletries, free wi fi and a bottle of water each day. The maid kept the room very clean and was very cheerful. The location is excellent with wonderful views of the port. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice, very fresh and clean with excellent staff always on hand and they kept the restaurant spotless.

By pure accident we arrived just before the Commemoration of Ataturk, Youth and Sports day, which allowed us to witness an absolutely amazing celebration right outside our hotel, which is why I would recommend booking a holiday here for around May 17-18 so you're ready just ahead of the national holiday. The seaside view/balcony room is definitely worth the extra money, it's perfect for having a drink and watching the ships go by in the comfort of your hotel room. However, if you wanna go for a day out there is plenty to do, such as markets, restaurants and bars, or checking out the historic sights right next to you... Aaaaand if you like cats you'll love the cat park thats not far away. Staff were lovely, and language barriers weren't much of an issue, and the cleaning people were excellent at their role in keeping the place tidy. Only thing I'd say is be aware that you only get breakfast for free, but food around the area isn't expensive at all. And while you might not get a hotel pool, there's literally a beach nearby to compensate for it. By the way if you are afraid about how noisy it might be on nights with the clubs, don't be as the room windows are noise-resistant.

Everything about the Numa Port hotel was perfect. I chose this hotel very carefully as I was travelling on my own. I read all the reviews I could find, and they were all brilliant and helpful. I loved the location, so handy for everything, and the view from my balcony was to die for! I loved watching the boats coming and going. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice. I felt very well looked after, spoilt even! All staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, I just can’t wait to return to the Numa Port Hotel. This was my first time to Turkey and it didn’t disappoint. The only drawback was the 2 hour transfer, but because everything was wonderful it was worth it!!

Excellent location, lovely views overlooking Alanya harbour and a really 5 star breakfast which is served until 11am. Hotel staff are very friendly. Maids left various animal shaped towels on my bed. Hotel reception even fixed my hired pedal bike free of charge when I came into difficulty with slipping gears and the bike company were being unhelpful. I definitely will be returning to this hotel even though it has no swimming pool. Thank you everyone for making it a very special stay.

Amazing hotel very friendly and helpful staff would recommend. The hotel surrounds a the beautiful port of Alanya and is also next to an elegant castle,restaurants,various beaches and much more. amazing place.to stay. we were welcomed with helpful staff to carry our suit and welcome cookies.

The staff, particularly Neyla at the front desk, were very helpful and attentive. The hotel is in excellent location. The room was modern and clean. The view was breath taking and make sure you're up for the sunrise. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant staff unbelievable. Please, tip generously. I will be staying here my future trips.
