This is a 3star hotel which is being managed in lines with a simple lodging facility. Reception, staff is absent on many occasions. Understaffed front office. The common areas and corridors to rooms ac is not on. Restaurant &room service average.

Terrible stay, no one there to pickup the call. Breakfast only one item and starting on after 9. Am. Totally feel bad

Booked a suite room for 3 adults and the room was spacious and clean. They have kept all the required things from toiletry to towels neatly. Only flaw was they should have arranged the 3rd additional bed in advance or i assume 3 pax suite by default should have 3 beds. Have not tasted their food. Not much shops nearby as it is located in small town. Good for calm stay.

Rooms are spacious and good service but room is not fit for senior citizens our suit room was in 1st floor but after reaching the room door we have to take 3 steps down. As room is below the floor level. And bathroom is 3 feet high and we have to clii-mp 3 steps for senior sitisond like us room is unsuitable

We as a family enjoyed our stay at empire residency. Being a new property, cleanliness was superb. The staff at the reception was also very supportive. Enjoyed the stay.
