Very welcoming and clean hotel, spacious pool area with plenty of sun loungers.
Spa area is a nice touch!
All staff were friendly and worked with a smile. The lifeguard was especially friendly with a lovely smile

A good hotel in Alcudia, comfortable walking distance to the beach, while it is located in a quiet place, the roadway is not heard at all. Very generous and varied breakfasts. But the rooms are not very big, you can hear the neighbors. In general, everything is very worthy. Upon check-in, they are treated to champagne, beach towels can be rented on a deposit of 10 € per person

One of the best, If not the best hotel in Alcudia. The hotel staff are very friendly & always have a smile on their faces. The rooms are lovely, food is excellent & the bar staff are amazing. The entertainment is different every night & most are good to watch. It's situated in an ideal location, 5 mins from Beach & the shops are just around the corner. I've been so many times it's like a home away from home, couldn't ask for a better hotel, but don't take my word for it, try it for yourself.

on arrival room allocated has faulty electrics. Moved to another room also had faulty electrics these were easily repaired. Rooms are sparsely furnished bathroom had nowhere to toiletries. Room was not cleaned properly bits left on floor bed sheets not changed regularly bottom sheet not changed in over a week I know this because there was a mark on the bottom. Reported this to Reception manager at which she replied did you put the change bedding card on WHAT CARD?. Our Room No 444 was the last room to be cleaned so if the were behind in time things were skipped. Food was average buffet style. Staff were very good in restaurant and Reception. TUI drop this Hotel.

Eigentlich hatte ich dem Haus eine gute Bewertung gegeben. Dann aber hat fas Verhalten des Barpersonals meine gute Bewertung ins Gegenteil verändert Ein ausgesprochen plumper und unnötiger Betrugsbersuch des Barpersonals hat mir den Aufenthalt nachhaltig unangenehm gestaltet. Deshalb fällt meine Bewertung für dieses Haus nur mangelhaft aus.

Went to this hotel 33years ago(1991) totally changed,friendly staff,relaxing atmosphere,food choices for everyone a pool to suit all including non-swimmers Like the pool bar.Served cava for breakfast one morning as you walked in,the violin player with renditions of a wide range of pop and rock tunes was entertaining while eating breakfast.Will be going back next year.
