Service was excellent

Good hotel, close to green plaza mall, everything around you in the area

We stayed in room 328. Very dated. Room not ready on arrival. Had to ask for extras water menus etc. Shower wet room floor flooded everyday drains need cleaning. Cleaner woke us at 0920 daily just out of hospital not appreciated. Instead of cleaning room to fill end constantly coming back knocking with water or towels or tissues not as relaxing as I had hoped. Carpets not hoovered once while there for five nights. Extremely disappointed for a Hilton.

An oasis among the chaos...The mall it is in has everything a tourist could need as far as good food, and fast food like KFC, McDonalds, Hardees, and Pizza Hut.

Super hotel and super ambient there is green plaza amazing just amazing.

The hotel location is good, next to a mall and restaurants. My hotel stay overall was satisfactory. The room was decent, cleaned, and staff were nice. I can’t really give it a 5 star because when I compare it to the Hilton Hotels in the USA there is a big difference.

Good hotel, very large room, very clean and great staff.

The hotel is in a shopping mall and anyone can park for free, unless you stay at this hotel, the reception will charge 150 Egyptian pounds for parking.

I don’t know if it’s the hotel’s location or some other reason, but the taxi driver can’t find me. The hotel itself is quite old, and it cannot be compared to that of a Hilton hotel in China. The security check at the door is very strange. I stayed for two days and didn't use it at first. Then one time I suddenly asked for security check. I felt that the standards were inconsistent. The room was okay and the bath water was quite comfortable. The hotel itself seems to be in a business district, and shopping and eating nearby are relatively convenient.

Since the building is old, the facilities are also suitable. The shopping mall has a supermarket and restaurants, which is very convenient. Since it is far from the main road, you can hardly hear the sound of cars.

It's very convenient. You can eat, shop and relax downstairs, but it's a bit far to go to the beach.

The hotel room is large, but the facilities are too old. The standard room for the double bed room does not have toothbrushes, hair dryer or iron. You have to ask for it at the front desk before it is delivered to the room. There are not many kinds of breakfast, most of them are Bread, the overall feeling is very average, a bit different from the impression of Hilton

The room temperature is low and can't be adjusted.
