The hotel is in a good location, right on the seaside and has a nice environment. It is a popular local hotel for wedding photography and weddings. It is cost-effective and the boss is very friendly. Breakfast is delivered to the room for free every day. This hotel is the perfect choice for my 15-day trip to Egypt. My favorite hotel with the best value for money I have ever stayed in. I will continue to choose this hotel next time I go to Alexandria👍👍

The service in the lobby is great, and it is far from the city center. The hotel beach needs to cross a road to get there. The parking lot charges 150 Egyptian pounds, and there are doormen who are responsible for parking and picking up the car. The sanitary products in the room are not complete, such as towels, and there is no hair dryer. The service attitude of the waiters is good.

One of my worst experiences so far, from a young receptionist named Paula, an unexpected person, and I don't show any respect and appreciation for the guests, and the hotel room is not very good, and there are many things to work very efficiently, like curtains, spoils, even water heater and connection cover. The electricity is not in good condition, and that's a big risk for children and people who don't have electricity experience even at the bathroom level, not to periodically provide personal cleaning in the bathroom and bathroom toilets for more than three days, nobody has even put paper toilets in the bathroom. The heat doesn't work very efficiently, and the carpet is dirty and unclean.

Service: Breakfast is good. On the 12th floor, the view is very good, with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea. The lobby staff is very strict in security checks, and the reception is warm and meticulous. Environment: It is on the beach, which is OK. Facilities: The room facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is relatively clean. The hotel is on the side of the coastal avenue, with a lot of vehicles, and the window insulation effect is not very good. There are fewer cars until about 1:00 in the evening. It was my engagement at Aifu resort. The view was perfect and peaceful 😍 The place was very clean and safe . A great place, with very professional stuff Really great service and excellent hospitality ❤️ Thanks for the great night ..it was my first time at this great place but I'm sure it won't be the last one Special thnx for Mr.Nabil ❤️

The hotel is a royal guest house with Amazing design and furniture unique location very beautiful and quite royal park close to Al Nuzha royal palace great staff friendly and helpful perfect furniture and room size Good breakfast fabulous swimming pool you will treated as king and queen during your visit. 🔴 the hotel have a K9 security dog he is very hungry they just feed him old toasted bread and the dog have one meter length lech only he can not walk or move I wish from the manager and all the staff to take care of this dog and treat him in better way pls pls This dog need to eat walk and run every day and you have a big garden which you can release him inside and you have a restaurant which can prepare a better soft healthy food for the dog 🐕🔴 The hotel is Adult friendly children not allowed to stay. Room 1103 Pros: - good location (somehow central) - facing the sea - good breakfast, and could use some improvement for a 4 star hotel - friendly check-in agents Cons: - DIRTY. I've been to hotels of the same price range and this IS dirty. There were swatted flies and nose booger on the walls. Cups almost never washed. Hair on the shower floor - The AC doesn't work in winter, it's just a fan. I thought we wouldn't need it in view of Alexandria's weather, but the room was super hot because of the sun reflection. We also couldn't sleep with the window open because of the street noise. Two sleepless nights. There's only one elevator working but that wasn't an issue for me, even if we had to wait a while.
