I really recommend this place it’s so Comfortable!! The price was reasonable so I was worried about the location but it was a wonderful hotel.

Wonderful location - near to 80% of the sites but not many tourists. Lots of amazing bakeries and cafes nearby with a local vibe. In Alexandria there was no hassle unlike Cairo, Aswan and Luxor. Service was very kind, friendly and professional. Value for money was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning again.

Location is too far from attractions like Stanley Bridge & montazah palace. But near to railway station if you are travelling by train! Overall it is more like a house for a big family.

The location is very good and close to the beach. You can walk to the beach and drink tea. There are some markets nearby, which is very convenient. The room balcony is large and clean. The bosses are very hospitable!

On the way to the hotel, I felt that the surrounding environment was very bad. It was located in the old city, the entrance was also very hidden, and the elevator was also broken. Then I communicated with Ctrip that the hotel environment was too bad and I wanted to cancel the order (the cancellation time had passed according to the order rules). Then I went to the front desk to communicate myself, and the front desk replied that it could be cancelled. Then Ctrip contacted the agent at first. The agent also replied to the front desk that it could be cancelled, but it was necessary to contact the manager to see if there was a penalty. After confirming that it could be cancelled, I went to the new hotel. Then on the way, I received a notice from Ctrip that the hotel manager notified the agent in writing that it could not be cancelled and no refund would be made for the order. If it could not be cancelled, I would have replied that it could not be cancelled when I asked at the beginning. I would then consider whether to change the hotel. As a result, it was agreed that it could be cancelled but it was not sure whether it could be fully refunded. It became impossible to cancel? In the end, I lost a night's room fee. Avoid this kind of hotel that goes back on its word. There is no integrity at all.

I recommend it because it is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the location is good for the price. The reception and the rooms are in different buildings.

A big house with three bedrooms and two living rooms. It's great, but it's a bit humid. I'll come again next time.

The room is so small that it can only fit a bed. The toilet is next to the end of the bed and is separated by a screen. The cost performance ratio is not high. I don't recommend it.
