The experience was good I had an amazing time. The accommodations was very clean, the staff was very helpful and super accommodating. The pool was clean. I would recommend to a friend and would return to the same resort in the future.

Modern and clean hotel near Al-Montaza palace. Upon our arrival they offered us an upgrade and provided us with a suite, the breakfast is very abundant and has a wide selection of sweet and savory foods. The staff is very kind and courteous.

Decent hotel, but don't let the pictures fool you, the hotel is only 2 floors on one of the buildings in the pics, only the ground level and the 11th floor are the hotel. The location seems like it's close to the water in the pics but in reality to get to the sea you have to walk about 30 mins. We tried two rooms, both smelled like cigarettes, so we chose the one with least smell. The best part was the breakfast buffet, it had a lot of options and was decent quality.

The hotel is new with new furniture and very nice staff, great value, I stayed twice in the hotel and both times were very comfortable and close to our destination, free parking, the rooms were very clean with a view of the pool, the staff do their best to make you feel happy and satisfied, it was a good stay during Ramadan.

Eastern Montazah is located in Florence Mega Mall. Entrance looks nice and chic. Mr Michael ( at the front desk ), upgraded our room to a pool view one. There are 2 pools at the hotel. Room is clean, so is the bathroom. ( In case you felt you need them to change your bedsheets, you can always ask.) Staff are hard working. We enjoyed the breakfast. It has many varieties. Mrs. Mona at the restaurant, very welcoming and smile never leave her face. She makes sure that you have everything you need. Mrs Rehab, listened carefully to our feedback and made sure all is good and that we enjoyed our stay. Free Wifi is available in rooms. Parking is available with extra charge but you'll find parking place outside the hotel. ( Neighboorhood isn't that good so it's better you have a car. ) Hotel is recommended if you are searching for a clean and nice hotel, this one is a value deal.
