The manager is not flexible. I spec more than 7 days with two rooms, and they refused to give me the breakfast included even my request thus not happened with me all my life over world
He is hiding himself and not in contact with the customer .

There were flies all over the bathroom. Food was not allowed and the food from the hotel is too expensive. I was planning for 2 days I had to go to another hotel the 2nd day. I don’t think I will go back again any time in the future and don’t recommend staying there.

First class staff, so clean rooms with good space and nice pool and sea view, clean roomy bathrooms, you can eat and drink from hotel service without need going outside but still you can make it outside easily inside Maamora or more distant inside the city, pool is so clean with available plenty towels and side to side shower and Gym, private clean beach less than 100 meters walk, Roomy safe underground parking, highly recommended to visit

الاوتيل ممتاز جدا الاستف كله ممتاز شكرا جدا الغرف نظيفه والفطار حلو جدا موظفى الرسبشن والمطعم والهوسسكيينج ممتازين ان شاء الله هجى مرات كتير استمتعت بالاقامه والجو كان ممتاز بصفه عامه الاوتيل مريح جدا والبول نظيف وكساحته حبوه جدا فعلا اوتيل ممتاز

One of the most luxurious rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Excellent service, the staff is very welcoming and friendly, the food there is very decent whether it’s breakfast or dinner. Also the location of the hotel is very nice and chill and the swimming pool is really nice as well.

Great atmosphere and nice view in front of the pool and near the private beach and also delicious breakfast they have variety types of food, clean room and very nice staff and helpful This was my first time in helnan elmaamoura and definitely not the last

I appreciate staff hospitality & I want to thank them for their assistance and help starting from the reception staff and to the house keeping team. That was one of the best vacations we have spent. Isa we will be here again soon. We really had fun. Thank you

Mr Ezz and Ms Jumana were extremely helpful… very friendly staff and professional and don’t loose their cool, they very understanding and tried to help us a lot when we didn’t have all our documents and they still let us check in on time until we gather our stuff … I can’t be appreciative enough… the staff is nice and hotel clean and new , pool is huge , nice breakfast area and restaurant open to everyone too… but overall it’s a small cozy hotel feeling friendly environment…

So bad unclean breakfast with insects and very rude in reception they have no experience at all how to treat their guest walking us by telephone so early although iam in vacation and the beach so dirty the sand and water unclean at all really I am so disappointed
