The location of the hotel is in a popular but quiet area, the only downside being the metro station with the heat seemed far away. The hotel has a conventional taxi service at any time, taxi present. I stayed on half board although I was not able to attend breakfast or dinner during my stay due to a family event. I was able to see the restaurant one evening. Point to improve in the future favor tourists and foreigners much more because the hotel frequently hosts seminars and training very often groups form at the reception or at the entrance to the hotel and stay for hours not discussing very practical when you want to go in or out the aisle is always crowded. The bar is unfortunately closed, a shame because the hotel has a magnificent view of the bay of Algiers on the 13th floor. I would like to enjoy a cocktail while watching Algiers in full zoom... perhaps opening the bar a few hours a day would be a good idea.... Very nice hotel, superb views...on my return to Paris, I realized that I had forgotten a pair of sneakers and especially my daughter's blanket in the room and I called over and over again and asked me to call back several times but in vain with no response from them and my daughter still hopes to find her blanket but with no response from them!!!

New Day Hotel the service on social networks is impeccable, responsive, polite, professional and helpful. But the reservation department has no customer approach, they don't even respond to emails. I called them by phone they ask for information and they ask that it be sent by email and they don't even answer. My friends, that's not how we work in the tourism and hotel industry. I am Tunisian and I enjoyed spending time in Algiers. But with this attitude it will be necessary to think of another more serious hotel. For those who travel and do not like bad surprises, avoid New Day Hotel. I won't be surprised if I come and don't find my reservation. Damage.

On a personal trip with my 24-year-old son, who does not speak a word of Arabic, the reception staff, catering, room service, were very attentive to us, we did not miss anything. Very respectful and above all the smile, the cleanliness of the rooms the dining room, the reception shines with a thousand lights. You enter the room and find only one set of towels for two people and the bath mat they don't know what it is. To get the complete sets we had to ask for them several times. We had to change rooms as there was no shower glass over the bath. In the second the toilet seat was not fixed. At breakfast they don't have black tea but only greet tea or verbena. In dinner, the food, including the pizza, is lukewarm and to have it heated in the microwave oven I had to ask for it several times, encountering the absolute indifference of the waiters.
