En plus les boissons du mini bar sont offerte une bouteille d'eau minéral et deux jus de fruit aucun hôtel n'offre cette prestation gratuitement. Encore merci. L'emplacement de l'hôtel se trouve dans un cartier populaire mais calme seul bémol la station de métro avec la chaleur semblait loin L'hôtel dispose de service de taxis conventioner à n'importe quel heure taxi présent. J'ai séjourner en demi pension malgré que je n'es pas pue assister au petit déjeuner ni au dîner pendant mon séjour cause d'événement familial j'ai pue voir un soir le restaurant le buffet est varié bon et savoureux en plus le room service est excellent plateaux chariot livré en chambre à n'importe à quel heure sa ma fait un grand plaisir de voir le personnel faire tous son possible pour satisfaire le client chapeau Le spa est très grand un grand merci à Mme malika la masseuse une vraie professionnelle avec un grand cœur Le prix est correcte pour un 4 étoiles avec un service parfait et en demi pension rien à dire je suis même un peut étonné car l'hôtel possède des normes universelle d'un 5 étoiles. La blanchisserie excellent service et prix très bas pour une veste que j'ai donner le soir a nettoyer elle est revenu le matin impeccable . La piscine était à moitié vide mais la saison estivale est finie donc je ne peux pas noté cette prestation. Point à améliorer à l'avenir privilégier beaucoup plus les touristes et étrangers car l'hôtel accueil fréquemment des séminaires et formations très souvent des groupe se formes à la réception ou à la l'entrée de l'hôtel et reste des heures à discuter pas très pratique quand ont veux rentrer ou sortir l'allée est toujours encombré. Le bar est malheureusement fermé dommage car l'hôtel possède au 13 ème étage une vue magnifique sur la baie d'Alger j'aurais aimer savourer un cocktail en regardant en plein zoom alger ... peut être ouvrir le bar quelques heures par jours serait une bonne idée .... Je reviendrais avec plaisir et je vous félicite pour le travail accomplis. Bravo

The hotel is good and the service is excellent.. the morning breakfast is varied.. the reception and treatment are very good and the workers are respectful.. but the location of the hotel makes it difficult to reach it from the city center of Algiers and the fault is not in the hotel but in the traffic lights in Algeria that make you lose the destination instead of guiding you.. Note Another is the lack of a private car park in the hotel where you park your car on the road..and this is not considered a big problem because the hotel is equipped with surveillance cameras and the place is quiet and safe..
