Uma vergonha. As funcionárias são mal educadas. Não está limpo e a piscina está suja. Fomos mal recebidos e ainda fizeram de propósito para nós virmos embora. Pior experiência no Alentejo. Não recomendo de todo nem a famílias nem as convívios.

Péssima, pior atendimento na primeira visita a Beja. Sou de Lisboa e aproveitei para conhecer Beja no fim-de-semana de 21 de Setembro. Como não conhecia nada, optei por fazer algumas pesquisas e reservar locais com os quais me identifica-se. Um deles o Monte dos Poços, parecia um local para última paragens, aproveitar a piscina, comer uma boa comida e regressar a a Lisboa. Contudo não foi o que aconteceu, a primeira abordagem, penso eu ter sido da chefia muito arrogante e a questionar se era só para este Domingo e se ia usar a piscina ( uma vez que não fazia sol) , disse lhe que sim ao qual não no meu parecer não foi muito bem aceite. Tive que colocar eu juntamente com as minhas amigas as cadeiras a volta da piscina sem qualquer tipo de ajuda ou apoio. Questionamos se podíamos usar o jacuzzi mas seriam 25 euros por pessoa. Dissemos que não e mantivemos junto a piscina, quando fomos olhar para ela estava cheia de bichos mortos e suja. Já muito desagradadas, demos mais uma chance e fomos dar uma volta pelas instalações, uma senhora das limpezas muito mas mesmo muito arrogante , disse que não podíamos tirar fotos e não podíamos andar por “ali”. Pegamos nas malas e fomos em bora. Não houve simpatia, um bom dia, um serviço decente. Pior experiência de sempre. Obrigada

Vim passar o fim-de-semana a Beja com 3 amigas, que não conheciam Beja e pensei tenho de lhes proporcionar o melhor fim de semana. Pensei Monte dos poços, pois à coisa de 3 anos passei lá um dia e até tinha corrido bem. Pois desta vez foi exatamente o oposto. Assim que cheguei, nem um “bom dia “, foi logo “ diga “. Começamos bem! Disse que tinha feito reserva para passar o dia e a senhora ficou a olhar para mim, muito espantada ( não estava um sol radiante mas estava calor). Perguntei se podíamos então e comer qualquer coisa para o almoço. A senhora disse que refeição só ao jantar , mas podíamos comer uma tosta ou hambúrguer. Bem acho que é uma refeição! Fomos até à piscina que estava completamente suja. Tirámos as espreguiçadeiras e avistamos um jakuzi, perguntei se podia usar, senhora responde são 25€. O mesmo também sujo e muito danificado. Por fim pensamos, bem vamos dar um volta pelo monte para conhecerem. Qual não é o meu espanto, vem a senhora que limpa os quartos, com uma antipatia brutal, dizer que eu não podia andar por ali. Pedi para ver os quartos disse logo não pode tirar foto. Óbvio que não ia tirar foto a um quarto com a cama por fazer e com toalhas no chão. Até parecia que eu estava a roubar. Senti-me tão tão mal. Estou sem palavras.

Péssimo atendimento, nem bom dia disseram. Não sei Chegámos com uma reserva, somente para usufruir da piscina e do espaço exterior. Fomos dar uma volta para conhecer o espaço e impediram-nos a circulação. Fomos completamente hostilizadas, como se estivéssemos a incomodar. A piscina e espreguiçadeiras estavam sujas bem como todos os restantes equipamentos à volta.

For me and my family it was a great experience... Our expectations were met and we were particularly pleased with the attention and affection of the entire staff... It also allowed us to interact with other guests. For my little ones it was unforgettable because it was the first time they were comfortable in a pool tailored to them. A big thank you to Dona Beatriz and her team for everything they gave us that makes us want to come back quickly. The icing on the cake was definitely last night’s dinner 👌

It's a calm place, in the middle of nowhere. People come from outside to the pool, but the noise didn't bother us much. Breakfast is the least of the least. For each piece of food you bring from home to the pool, there will be a cost of €5. The photographs were taken after an alleged cleaning had been carried out. Which in my opinion was none, because everything was the same as the first day we arrived. Every corner had scuffed webs with scratches. Our stay at Monte dos wells was an extremely pleasant surprise. I loved spending 3 nights at this place! Super quiet, beautiful, clean, comfortable and welcoming. I felt at home. We were very well received. The restaurant has great food! Dn Beatriz is a unique host. I recommend. I recommend and recommend!! 10 stars.
