The room is small and there is not enough air for two people. The twin beds are placed together and there is no gap between the two beds. We booked a deluxe twin room and a superior twin room, but the deluxe twin room only had A bed. What's even more annoying is that when we checked out, the front desk staff (male) said that we would be fined 1,000 US dollars for smoking in the room. After our Vietnamese friend helped communicate, he said it would be 600 RMB. The front desk staff also said that if we don't pay We had to call the police, and in the end we were fined 300 RMB. I hope my review can help friends who need to book.

Good environment, good location, good breakfast, small room. Customers who smoke should choose other places. Even if they are found in the toilet, they will be fined 2 million VND.

Very central hotel! The rooms are small compared to what you see in the photos. Poor breakfast. Very attentive staff!

Flora Centre Hotel & Spa is conveniently located. We loved being able to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and nearby restaurants and shops in less than 15 minutes since my parents are older (70+). We booked one room and one suite for four people total and stayed on the top floor (7th floor). Although the hotel and rooms are a bit old and dated, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet. It's also easy to walk up the stairs if you don't want to wait for the elevator. The hotel has a daily breakfast buffet with Western and South Asian options. We liked experiencing the daily special Vietnamese/local dish to try and regional fruit. We are especially thankful to Ly at the front desk who patiently helped us join a local tour to see Halong Bay. She stayed after her work hours to help us book the tour for the very next day, so very short notice on our part. The hotel staff also stored our luggage after checkout so that we could explore some more before heading to the airport. They also helped us book our airport cab. I highly recommend staying here for the convenience and staff!

A lovely hotel upon entering reception. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was on the 8th floor but the lift only went to the 7th. It was not a problem to do the extra flight of steps. The air conditioning worked well as did the Wi-Fi. There was no shower curtain so unable to use the rainfall shower. We used the smaller attachment but had to stoop/kneel in the bath so the water didn't splash everywhere in the small bathroom. The flush for the wc was somewhat under a vanity unit. The bathroom could definitely do with some TLC. We had a look at the gym, which was small and hot as it was at the top of the building, more like an attic. The breakfast was fresh, the staff there very helpful. The Flora is in a great location and within walking distance of many attractions.

A good hotel with a large comfortable bed. The room was clean and we had a small balcony with a great view of the street below and nearby buildings, but it was standing room only. The staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. Good location close to the lake, with plenty of food options and shops nearby. Nice breakfast with a variety of food.

This is a very good hotel on a top location in Hanoi in the old quarter. Close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Very good extensive breakfast. Eggs freshly baked. Extremely helpful staff. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. No noises of other people during the night.

Located within walking distance of many attractions (and only a block from the night market), the hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere and facilities. Negatives we noted included: - Cold food at breakfast (only one heat source was used when more were required) - Dirty Grout in shower - No secondary lock on guest-room door

The best thing sbout this hotel was the staff, especially Lincoln, the manager, who helped us make a date change though it was difficult to do. The front desk staff were very conscientious as well. If you need anything, just ask. Liked the breakfast, especially the fruit, yogurt, and a few Vietnamese dishes. The bathroom was not well designed. The toilet paper roll was unreachable from the toilet. The shower was hard to adjust as it was far from the entry and you couldnt adjust the temperature from the outside. Imagine that the water coming out of the faucet is hot and you didn’t know. Your feet would get scalded!

Clean hotel, European French decor inspired. Staff are friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to lakes and other areas of interest. The room with a balcony is large and worth the extra cost but you can hear the street noise which is not really loud as it is not a party block.

Nice location, Nice hôtel. Nice service. Lincoln and the staff help us out to book a trip to Sa Pa. I recommend it !

Good location, friendly staff, they can do everything to make you feel comfortable and convenient, good service , they upgraded my room from deluxe to the suite for free, the room size not too large , but what you are expecting for the hotel room in old quarters ?
