Not good, every day you have to remind them clean the room but they still forgot, No new towel, at the first day, there’s even no drinking water, hair drier is broken,every step you have to remind them. During 4 nights, they didn’t clean the room at all.

Staff in reception so rude

Holiday Inn is close to the city center, convenient for travel. Didi (YANDEX GO) is not far from various attractions, suitable for business and tourism. The breakfast is rich and is Western. There is also a Holiday Inn Express nearby, don't go wrong.

The facilities are complete, clean and tidy, and the breakfast is quite good. There is a comprehensive shopping mall diagonally opposite the hotel. The price of accommodation in Almaty is generally on the high side. The price of this hotel is the same. The front desk does not speak Chinese, but the communication in English is OK. If you ask questions, they will enthusiastically help solve them.

The refrigerator was broken and didn't cool at all, but even though it was a minibar, they didn't offer to repair it. I was very disappointed and won't be staying there again.

The hotel's pricing is on the high side with serious price jumps, the front desk service is poor, and the room facilities are aging and far inferior to those of domestic Holiday Inn Express.

Business trip, 3 people in 2 rooms, stayed for 6 nights. I feel very satisfied with the hotel facilities, hygiene, environment and services. I will continue to choose here next time. The scenery of the snow-capped mountains is beautiful.
