Reception staff hardly can speak English. Rooms are small and carpets are bad. Breakfast is same every day. No kettle in the room to make tea/coffee even thou they say its 4 star hotel.

It is an old hotel and needs a lot of work in terms of coming up to standards. The service was just average. The rooms were not great, bathroom was well below standards.
Complimentary breakfast very limited and not up to the mark.
The location of the hotel is great though.
Difficult to recommend.

The hotel is a bit old and for a 4 stars hotel you would expect better quality. The breakfast is not great. However, the staff is super helpfull.

Room with 2 beds is quite small. Breakfast has a lot of fruit, very good. Opposite there is a very delicious kebab shop. It's not far to walk to St Nicholas Cathedral. There are very big trees on both sides of the road. I really like it.
