Front desk staffs are helpful to any enquiry and  made arrangements for our transportation to the airport 👍 The cleaning crew is very responsive ( especially one middle aged lady , a bit plump). Probably our room is located at the end and hidden behind the corridor ( room no 5014) , they probably have missed. We requested her to clean the room and job accomplished 👍👍  The only setback is the bad smells of vape at the breakfast lounge. The seats are not suitable for dining.

The room was clean and cosy, the staff were great and could speak English, the free breakfast was awesome, I will definitely stay there again next year!

Cleanliness, location, and staffs are superb. The only downside is the hair dryer is not working.

This should be a local hotel in Almaty. They speak English, are quiet, clean, comfortable, and have good service. I will stay here again next time I go.

The room was quite clean. Although small, it had everything. This hotel is a 4-star hotel. It is located a few hundred meters south of the Cathedral of the Ascension. There are several good restaurants nearby. Turning the corner, you will find the expressway to the airport. It takes more than 20 minutes to get to the airport.

The room is quite big and the breakfast is good. However, the windows are not well sealed and the sound of cars on the street outside affects the sleep.

Pros - convenient location, cleanliness, fairly large room, separate beds for 3 people. Availability of everything necessary in the room (hair dryer, kettle, robes, slippers, toiletries). Breakfast is ordinary. Cons - the rooms are cool, we turned on the heater. And the location of the amenities in the bathroom is puzzling, you can only use the sink from the toilet)))

The front desk service is very friendly. If you find that there is a shortage of bath towels in the room, arrange them immediately! The hotel has many locations and all attractions can be reached within walking distance! Breakfast is also rich! It's just that the soundproofing of the room is slightly poor

The hotel has a good environment and is very clean. The front desk staff are also very nice. Next to the hotel is the Ascension Cathedral. It is very convenient to go shopping or eat and exchange money in the center.

Ctrip wrote four stars, but in reality it's only three stars, so the price is not expensive. The location is average, mostly residential areas nearby, not in the city center

The room is quite big, but the internet is terrible, the computer can't connect, the facilities are old, the breakfast is so-so, the room lighting is not bright, I won't go to Holiday Inn.
