The room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich, and it would be perfect if the room was a little bigger

The front desk clerk is very pretty and has a very good attitude. I like her very much and will stay in this place again next time.

I can only say that it is okay. It is a European-style hotel with small beds. There is a beef noodle shop nearby which is okay.

The elevator doesn't work, only floors one to five. The service attitude is poor, you have to wait for half an hour for something, and you won't be able to come later. The ironing board is very dirty, it's all on the shirt, disgusting🤢.

Very good hotel. Location, clean rooms, good buffet breakfast. All 5 points. Without any problems we left our luggage until the evening on the day of departure. Of the minuses: very cold floor in the bathroom and decayed filling in the pillows. With all these advantages, the price being asked this year is clearly too high. Therefore 4 out of 5.

The hotel is located. In the foothill region of Almaty. The shopping center Dostyk Plasha is about 15 minutes on foot. 30 minutes to the airport. The standard room has a robe, slippers, a set of gels, shampoos, brushes, and toothpaste. Bottles of water are provided daily. There is everything for tea and coffee. Ironing board and iron on the floor. There were minor problems with sound insulation. The sounds of midnight guests can be heard. The air conditioning system works well. Breakfast is standard - 2 porridges, eggs, sausages. . 2 types of coffee, juices, a variety of pastries, very tasty. Vegetables and seasonal fruits and berries. Well worth the price

I am always amazed by the approach of such “entrepreneurs” whose business is worth praising and, accordingly, using their services, so they immediately raise prices by 2 times!!! So it is in this hotel! Renting a conference room has become 2 times more expensive! I tried to clarify what was connected with it - you never know: maybe some repairs were carried out, some kind of upgrade, new services or the salary of the staff was increased? But no, they just decided that. Honestly, this room is not worth that kind of payment. There are other more interesting options on the market. In general, I’m disappointed and will not recommend this place to anyone else - neither room A, nor the conference room!

Cozy and calm hotel. I really liked the polite and attentive staff, focused on guests, I note the good cuisine, clean rooms. Thanks to the administrator Aziza, from the Bagdagul restaurant, at the Aizhan reception. I have no doubt that all the staff are just as friendly.
