The cleanliness of the rooms and the facility is inadequate. The food is not delicious enough and the extra food and drinks are expensive. Maximum 2 small bottles of water are given to the room, it is very pointless.

Otel gerçekten “otelcilik” sektöründe yılların verdiği tecrübeyle şımarmamış sürekli kendini geliştirip yenilemiş. Açıkçası her şeyi 10 üzerinden 9. Yemek lezzetleri ise gerçekten mükemmel. Beautiful hotel and love staying here with my family. The resort is beautiful with a lovely beach area and pool. We stayed in the bungalows this year which are much better than the standard rooms in the main hotel, which are very business like. Lovely food and great location. Improvements could be made on check out to make it easier/speedier and more evening entertainment.

Özellikle restoran bölümündeki kırgız arkadaşlarımız Taxhmina ve Aidana, gösterdikleri ilgi ve candanlıkla bizi evimizde gibi hissettirdiler. Otel konsept olarak çocuklu çiftleri hedef almış. Bu bir sorun değildi. Ancak bekar çiftleri ve arkadaşları da hedef kitlesine almak için ve de yaz sezonu dışında da daha çok talep görmesi adına, bekarların da ilgisini çekebilecek yada mevcut misafirlerin şehir merkezine kaçışlarını azaltacak konseptler oluşturulmalı. we had an incredible time and experience at this hotel. Everything was just perfect, including the quality and variety of food, the service from staff, the rooms, and the entertainment they had! Although the food was self-service, the waitress’ would still keep an eye on our drinks and would serve us drinks without us even asking! Staff members Selin, Zeynel and receptionist Berfin in particular were very sweet and welcoming! It was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Never seen such thoughtful and attentive hotel staff!
