Hier terecht gekomen via By June. Zoals de foto's op hun website laten zien is het ook echt. Meteen gelegen aan de Ionische zee. Mooi appartement. Zorgzame eigenaar Nicos die na vragen meteen voor je aan de slag gaat. Hier vind je alles wat je nodig hebt om tot rust te komen!! Bezit van auto is geen overbodige luxe. Winkels liggen stukje weg, maar daarom is het ook zo heerlijk rustig.

Our stay lasted a week. The place is surrounded by olive trees with a beautiful view of the sea (50 meters from the apartments). The apartments are basic, but Nicholas can help you with any needs. The place is ideal if you want to stay peacefully away from the nightlife: in the evening you will only hear the cicadas. Served by nearby mini-markets and various taverns where you can eat well at good prices. From the studios you can easily reach all places on the island. You will feel almost at home given the welcome from Nicholas (who upon arrival made us find fresh water in the fridge and gave us a bottle of oil he produced, very good, but above all from Kiki, a thoughtful and attentive woman and above all with a big heart! Only the Wi-Fi coverage, now indispensable, needs to be improved.

A week spent pleasantly in a studio immersed in an olive grove 100 meters from the sea, away from the chaos and nightlife, in an atmosphere of relaxation and listening to nature. Particular mention goes to the owners Nikos, who speaks excellent Italian and his adorable mother Kiki who welcomed us into her home today at the farewell, telling us "with heart and soul" the story of this magical place, thanking us and offering us a symbolic gift of good wishes for our life and our return to this magical place. We were moved 😊

We had a very good time in the seaside apartments of Kavos Psarou: a delightful, relaxing, quiet, ventilated place, and convenient both for reaching the beaches of the east/south area and for a secluded stay with an unforgettable view. Even the small pebble beach below the house offers splendid colors and exceptional swimming. The owner Nikos speaks excellent Italian and is always available and full of advice and his mother Kiki is truly an exquisite person who welcomes you with her heart.

Superb stay at Kavos Studios & apartaments. My family and I stayed in this property from 23/06 to 30/06. It was a great choice and we really had a great time. The location is perfect for visiting the island of Zakynthos (it is located on the eastern coast halfway between the northern and southern parts. In a maximum of 25/30 minutes you can reach all your desired destinations. The location is very beautiful, immersed in the green, very quiet and peaceful. You can enjoy a beautiful sea view (it is 30 meters away). The mini apartments (if desired there are also beautiful villas separate from the main structure) are clean and equipped with the necessary comforts for a good stay. In any case, for anything you can rely on what is the real strength of this structure: Nikos (the owner who also speaks excellent Italian) and his entire beautiful family who do their utmost to meet any request of the guests. guests. A special note must be made for Kiki (Nikos' mother) who is nothing short of wonderful, kind, thoughtful but above all sunny in her genuine hospitality and her words are something that are no longer found so easily . Truly beautiful experience, the island is beautiful but if the structure where you stay also gives you that something extra, the holiday is even more beautiful. I highly recommend it to those who do not like "commercial" but substantial tourism.

Wonderful holiday, the structure is completely surrounded by olive trees, it seems to be in a magical place, when we woke up having breakfast from the terrace we saw the sea emerging beyond the foliage of the olive trees and then Kiki...... a wonderful person to say the least, a woman of a unique sweetness that conquered my heart. My best memory is of the morning of our departure, after giving me roses and basil (to plant at home) to say goodbye he waited for us next to the exit (just like a mother) and while greeting us he sent us kisses with his hand on his heart .
