Hotel is wonderful. The room was spacious, clean. There was a swimming pool with a recreation area on the territory, but the time of visit needs to be booked in advance for the resepshne (this is free). Breakfast is very diverse and delicious. The hotel itself is 5 minutes from the pier and the embankment. Excellent option!

The Hosts make your stay a lovely time. Signor Beppe makes sure you have an easy holiday. His advice is honest and caring. The views you can see in the gallery are truly breath-taking and you are one hour away from all the major places such as Amalfi, Positano, Minori and Sorrento. We swam in the four different beaches and had lunch there too. Even the village itself is lively for evenings out when you wish to stay around. That is why we chose to stay there. We have plans to return so as to visit even more sites. For instance the Ercolano is on the way to the airport and is well worth the visit - so next time we shall visit Pompeii. Vesuvius is also an hour away and we bought excellent Buffalo milk Limoncello there, a novelty to us. And what about Ravello, what a sweet town with winding narrow streets opening onto a lovely tree-shaded Piazza Centrale and the Duomo. And a day in Capri with a lovely boat ride from Amalfi as advised by Signor Beppe. We take this opportunity to thank the whole family. Please take their advice and phone ahead if you have difficulties for your best choices or itinerary. And please slow down to enjoy the Tyrrhenian Sea and its rhythms, soak in the culture and smell the wine and the roses.

The hotel is nicely located in the center of town and next to a pharmacy which makes it nice to get around. There are lots of food choices, but just know that most establishments do not serve dinner until 7:00 pm. The front desk staff are very unprofessional and the least helpful people we found in Italy. Beware of the lady with short dark hair as she is not helpful! The fifth floor banquet facility is beautiful but beware of the bees and pigeons that land on your food. The wait staff upstairs are very nice though! The Buffet itself is nice with fresh fruit assorted fruits and pastries. Eggs are runny with lots of milk added which I didn’t care for so much. Breakfast should start at 7:00 am as most tour groups need to be out the door by 7:30. Beware of the shower. Make sure the shower head is pointed downward otherwise you will flood your floor which happened on the first night!! The water view is the selling feature but, our crew were not impressed! My husband works in the hotel business and customer service should be top and foremost! This hotel does not have it!!

Hotel service is good, there is massage pool and pool, breakfast and dinner are good

Stayed in this amazing place for a weekend there recently with my fiancée and its an absolute must. Amazing views of the Amalfi Coast. Dinner/Breakfast in the restaurant out on the balcony over looking the Sea - phenomenal. The Staff could not be more helpful and welcoming. Went out of their way for us on any occasion they could. Very reasonably priced also. Room was lovely and clean with big comfortable double bed. Nice bathroom and shower in the room also. Couldn't fault this place and will definitely be back.

We stayed here for 10 nights at the end of October/November time. There had been lots of changes with air travel but the hotel accommodated everything for us. We had a suite for the full 10 nights which we can recommend, very comfortable and enough space to move around in when staying for a while. The balcony overlooked the valleys and hills in the distance, and the hotel gardens which are spacious and well kept. Rooms were serviced when requested, and the minibar/fridge was a welcome addition to our comfort. We had a hire car which we were able to park securely at the bottom of the hill from the hotel, less than 5 minutes walk away. There is a little shop you can pop into on the way to/from the car park which is run by a charming man who will provide sandwiches, lunch items, etc if you want them, as well as other everyday items. Breakfast at the hotel is included, and of a high standard. The restaurant serves high quality food from a small but acceptable menu, and as we were staying for a while we found them very accommodating for making things for us that weren’t on the menu, or changing menu items to our taste (eg no nuts, etc). The food appeared fresh and was cooked and served with care and with friendly and professional service. The chef regularly sent us free appetisers of a high quality too. We were even treated to some wine lessons and recommendations by our knowledgeable host, which was really nice and welcomed by us. The bar was well stocked, and snacks were served with our aperitif every time, sometimes hot from the kitchen and other times nibbles from the local area. We went to a local restaurant (La Foce) a few times too for a bit of variety, and had no problems there or with the hotel doing this. The other restaurant is about 15/20 mins walk away up hill, but downhill coming back! It seems hotel guests often go there, and they looked after us very well too. The reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us some welcome suggestions for things to do, including providing info on the best way to travel the fairly nearby Amalfi Coast by ferry. We had a really nice stay and were able to really relax after the trials and tribulations of the previous year and a half due to covid. We felt safe at this hotel too, and they were well aware of safety measures to reduce any risks for guests and staff. We can wholeheartedly recommend this venue for a relaxing stay with access to the local area. We found it useful to have a car, although there is a regular local bus service too for guests who want to use public transport. This makes the hotel more accessible to all guests even though it is high up on a hill, the views are breathtaking though and make up for needing to travel to get to other areas. It was a wonderful base for us and we will definitely try to go back again. All credit to a wonderful location and to the amazing staff who were always willing to go that extra mile to care for us. Great views from the hotel, nice location right on the water and a cool conversion of an old cement works. Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms with bath and shower. The glass shelf unit could be better placed, and a few more hangers would also be helpful. Large bed, but pillows are only one size, large. The outdoor pool wasn’t open and we were told we’d have to pay €20 per person to use the Spa. The one restaurant that was open was ok, not much choice though. If you are not driving the nearest train stations are Vico Equense or Castellammare di Stabia, both cost €20 each way in a taxi. Please note that the taxi is a driver from the hotel. Trains to Sorrento or Naples are reliable and cheap, well compared to the UK they are. Overall a very nice in a great place with spectacular views over the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.

A hotel a bit outside. Nevertheless, the view of the sea from Balcori is the best location hotel. Great breakfast and clean rooms. Parking is keyed to the counter and parking is in front of the hotel road. It's okay in the off-season, but I'm not sure if I can't book parking during the peak season. It is a hotel that welcomed a comfortable night and a refreshing morning.

I stayed at the seven hostel at the end of May 2021 and I was wonderful by the cleanness, the quality of the individual rooms and the high level of service decent of a very good hotel 3*. The team is also beautiful, Paolo will always be there to give you his good advice from the former tourist guide of the Amalfitaine region, Francesca with his goodness and good deals with the different partners of the hostel, and without forgeting also The rest of the staff laughing, welcome and especially listening to all your needs.
