This hotel (B&B) is really something I love and hate. I think most of my friends who have stayed there should feel the same way as me. First of all, Italians love life too much, which leads them to fish at work and be most active after get off work. So you must pay attention to the check-in time. After their working hours, there is really no one at the front desk to serve. This is what I want to knock on the blackboard first, and say important things three times! ! ! And for a B&B that costs about 2,800 RMB, I have high expectations for service and room facilities. I don’t mean that the fact that I open the window and have a good view can be used as an excuse for carelessness. 1. There is no service except breakfast. You must check in from 14:00 to 18:30. After this time, I'm sorry, we have to get off work. If you don't manage the time well, don't make a reservation. No refund will be given if you don't check in. 2. Call the hotel in advance and add your Whatsapp contact information. If you really will be late, send your passport to the front desk and ask him to handle it remotely and put the key in the lockbox at the door. 3. Traffic is extremely inconvenient. The hotel is in the middle of an extremely busy tunnel and parking is not allowed. Unloading luggage is a big problem. Parking will be arranged at another hotel 2km away. It is very hard to drag luggage on the mountain road. The hotel is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. The guy at the front desk will never help you carry it. He can't move a finger. And there are no public restrooms in the hotel. If you check out or haven't checked in yet, there is no place to go to the restroom. 4. The room is at European 3-star level, just clean. There are no highlights. There is a terrace on the 4th floor, which is locked. It does not belong to them, but belongs to another hotel. 5. The location is good. The scenery when you open the window is beautiful, including cliffs and sea scenery, the city center, and the entrance to the ancient town. 6. Because there is no place to have breakfast, there is a sign for breakfast. You can check what you want to eat, which is coffee, yogurt, cereal, several kinds of bread, and not even hot eggs. 7. Parking requires an additional fee of 50 euros for half a day. 8. You must check out at 10 o'clock in the morning. I have never seen a so-called high-end hotel. The check-out time is 10 o'clock. If you don't leave, they will knock on the door wildly and urge you every 10 minutes. What we are saying is that there are still many choices, so I suggest you be careful.
