Good: Breakfast is a little bit more basic than other hotels in Ambon, but it will suffice. The hotel is located in a pretty lively quarter, with places like Sibu Sibu and Kopi Tradisi Joas nearby. For the price range, Biz Hotel offers a basic hotel experience, that will meet modest travelers' needs. Note: the restaurant is less suitable for vegetarians: there are no veggie options, whatsoever.

The room is not so clean, I didn't sure either the hotel clean the room for sanitized. Location is good, you can shops and any meals shop nearby hotel Others: dont expect too much for the food tastes, dining area, etc. This one is so standard.

The service for reservations from the front desk is very bad, we have agreed with our booking, it turns out that our people were informed that our room was sold and the booking was full, I remember exactly the voice of the woman at the front desk, we were so disappointed with their waiter !!
