The arrangement was terrible. First, trip.com should explain I need a PIN to open the gate. Secondly, the PIn did not work.

For the price the hotel was very good. Lady at reception decided our room was too cold when we arrived (she came up to give an extra pillow we requested) so moved us to a different room. Staff cleaned our room every day. Very good service

It’s not a hotel but a shelter with gogos like us who let themselves be fooled!!! Horrible stay, we meet in the corridors, men in djellaba, women in bathrobes…. No light in the room, no soundproofing and waking up early in the morning because of the noise….

Great hotel if you are passing through. Located on the edge of an industrial area. Friendly and helpful staff.
Unfortunately, no restaurant was found within walking distance of the hotel.

Hôtel indécent Je suis horrifié par l’hygiène inexistante. Cet établissement fait honte à la chaîne d’hôtels. Je n’ai pas pu trouver autre chose , à mon grand désespoir. Je n’ose pas toucher aux poignées de porte. J’ai peur de marcher pieds nus par terre. C’est inqualifiable. Je réclame un remboursement à la chaîne. Il faut une inspection des services d’hygiène !
