PESSIMO HOTEL... ASSOLUTAMENTE NON PRENOTATE QUI!!!! Sul loro sito c'è scritto che l'hotel ha 4 stelle con servizio di un hotel a 5 stelle. In realtà l'hotel nemmeno riesce a raggiungere le 3 stelle e offre un servizio PESSIMO in tutto. Sul sito c'è scritto che c'è il ristorante interno e la piscina. Appena arrivati ho chiesto informazioni e mi è stato risposto che la piscina era chiusa ed era chiuso anche il ristorante. La stanza che ci hanno assegnato era allucinante: il muro era rotto e il bagno sporchissimo. Ho chiesto un'altra camera e quella che ci hanno dato era simile con in più un rumore fastidiosissimo di una ventola che ha girato tutta la notte. Abbiamo dormito malissimo. Letti scomodi e senza lenzuolo. La mattina siamo scesi verso le 7:30 per fare colazione ma neppure quella abbiamo potuto fare perchè il cuoco sarebbe arrivato verso le 8. SIAMO SCAPPATI

The shower is broken,fell when we are showering,you have to ask for toilet papers,fix the safety deposit,fix the TV,nobody cleans the room ,very noisy the next room kids are still awake midnight till 4 am banging the door,screaming,we demanded to transfer to another room they said the TV on the room that we moved out got broken so they were questioning us to the fact that we couldn’t even use it because there was no English Chanel.You have to demand them to clean the room.The receptionist were so kind enough,they help us all the time and our last day they made our room and provided with rags at the bathroom finally.

The property was in good shape, rooms were big. Bedding was comfortable. A lot of restaurants and grocery story super close walking distance. WiFi was good but seems like it would go down randomly. Breakfast was good but very bare. Staff was really friendly

The breakfast is amazing and the employees in the breakfast area are very nice. the cleaning girls are doing a great job. Very good management.
