”I had a great time staying at Ibis Hotel in Amman. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel's facilities, including the restaurant and fitness center, were top-notch. The central location made it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.”

We had good experience in this hotel, staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is centrally located, room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast buffet was more than enough, good value for money, I do recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a decent location with quite a few cafes and shops nearby. The hotel itself has a restaurant and bar too. We stayed here for two separate nights to help facilitate our trip to Petra and Wadi Rum and booked a twin beds room on one occasion and the superior double room. It was worth spending a bit more for the superior room because it had a separate living room area, had a larger bed, and a bigger shower. Both rooms had a mini fridge and some snacks available that were fairly priced. We were thankful that the bar closed at a decent hour so the room would be quiet but we found the beds were not that comfortable. There are some items that could be improved but we felt we had a decent stay as it was just a place to sleep.

Nice hotel. The personal is very friendly and will help you with recommendation and give you adviceses about Amman. Good bufe breakfast. Nice clean rooms. I had a Family room and it was big enough for me and my wife and our 2 kids. Good price, and if you stay more than 1 night you can negociate something at the reception. I recomand it.

Stayed at the Liwan before and after my trip to Palestine. The Liwan is in a good area with heaps of nearby amenities and very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. My first room was GREAT, roomy, bright and with a fantastic new bathroom with probably the biggest shower stall I've ever seen. Also had a HUGE rainfall showerhead which is possibly politically incorrect given the water issues in the region but my hair loved it. Bar downstairs is exy but there's a few places nearby where you can grab a drink and dinner for average prices. There's a British pub of all things around the corner where I can't recommend the food much (I'm a UK citizen and even I don't think the Brits ever contributed anything of worth to world cuisine) especially given you're surrounded by delicious local food but if you've been in the Middle East for a while and are hankering for a good whiskey you'll find some there. My second room wasn't so great, much smaller and an older (and a tad stinky) bathroom but the bed was still clean and very comfortable. Depending on which side of the hotel you're on you'll likely be woken by the muezzin or construction work - the muezzin being a much nicer wake up call - so if you wont to sleep in might be wise to bring earplugs. All up a nice, reasonably priced hotel in a safe area with helpful staff.

We stayed here recently and i have to thank all the staff at this lovely friendly clean hotel. I asked for a kettle for the room unfortunately there was none left. The next morning the manager upgraded us to a suite which had a kitchen that was so nice of him. If you want a good hotel in Amman look no further many thanks again.

Disaster from the hotel. Upon arrival, it all began. When checking into the hotel, we received sarcastic comments about how we managed to get a room at such a low price. When we said that we used the code, they rolled their eyes. We changed rooms three times in the first hour. With the promise that the next one will be better. However, they could not provide us with the room that was shown in the pictures. It was said that only the 5th floor was renovated, but despite that, only the bathroom was renovated. When we compare the pictures with those on Booking, it is clear that instead of wooden floors, they have old, worn-out tiles, there is no TV, and curtains from the last century. We also wrote to the hotel about the parking space before the time of arrival. Through confrontations, they assured us that this would not be a problem. In the end, we were left without a parking space and had to park some 100m further on the road. In the morning, our car was scratched! Worst of all was the bedding. Dirty! Also traces of blood on the bedding. Finally, at breakfast, they asked us not to write a bad comment despite all this. Already during our stay, we contacted Booking in the hope of a refund, but the hotel refused us.
