"A warm welcome to this modern hotel. Location a bit far from attractions but many taxis outside. Our room was comfortable size with a big sliding door city view. Shower/toilet adequate and clean. The breakfast buffet was good with a big selection of foods and friendly service. We didn't use the Spa facilities. The gym is small but not well ventilated. Overall, a very enjoyable 3 night stay."

"Everything about the stay was brilliant, the team were attentive and supportive with helping with everything from brilliant recommendations to arranging transfers! They have the most adorable kittens on site who are very friendly! Location is great for everything no more than 10 mins away from old town, lots of restaurants and cool bars nearby with coffee shops and little store on most corners, the whole area is very friendly"

"We were weary and tired after a disrupted sleep in Tel Aviv only to arrive in Jordan and discover that for the third time, our flights out of Amman airport had been rescheduled. The staff were so sympathetic and helpful calling repeatedly to get us some answers while dealing with the many guests who had come for what appeared to be a delicious buffet dinner. We chose to dine in our room and our meals were fit for a queen. We booked this hotel because their advertising described breakfast as their GREAT breakfast and both meals certainly were. The service throughout our stay was excellent and we only moved so that we could be at a place that was closer to the airport. The only downfall was that the room had a strange odour. We realised later that a previous guest had left something questionable behind.. and pushed under the bed! That was not the staff’s fault"

"The double room of the Youth Hostel, there are many toilets and showers on the same floor, very clean. The public area is very large, separated into multiple areas, with various small decorations, it looks very cute and warm. It should have been five-star praise, but unfortunately the water was cut off yesterday. It’s just that the water is cut off before taking a bath, you can wait and wash it again. But when the water came to wash, suddenly there was no water, so embarrassing. I don't know if this is normal or yesterday's luck was particularly bad."

"When arrived, reception told us that there is no reservation for us. We book the evening of the day before. They implied that “it is not our problem, go solve it with the website you used for booking” it was very unprofessional. Immediately I had contact with customer service of trip.com and they contacted them and solved the issue. Other than this issue, everything was nice and the room was in an acceptable condition."

"The location is great, and the hotel's exterior and lobby were very clean and well-maintained. However, the same can't be said for the rooms. I particularly think the rooms need renovation. The hotel could offer a much better experience if more attention were paid to cleanliness and if the rooms were modernized in general."

"I was extremely dissatisfied with the hotel. Firstly, no one warned me that renovations were underway. Secondly, you have to make a huge fuss to get through to reception. Only after you ask for a refund and plan to move to another hotel will they offer you a quieter room and stop the renovations!!! 😡 I called reception and asked to change rooms because it was very noisy. I'd been on flights for several days and was planning to finally get some sleep. They promised to check with the receptionist and call me back, but no one ever did. The noise from the renovations was so loud, it was like someone was literally drilling and breaking concrete over your head. I went down to reception and asked for a refund so I could go to the Hilton and relax there. The hotel was required to inform guests about the renovations, but they didn't. They were undergoing a full-scale renovation on a certain floor, and no matter where you were moved, the sounds would reach every room!! Only after I demanded to cancel my reservation and move out of this hotel did they stop the entire renovation process. My refund and cancellation request were REFUSED! They told me to contact the aggregator I booked with. I wrote to trip.com and submitted a cancellation request with a refund, which the hotel itself again happily rejected! I received no compensation or refund from the hotel, and what's more, they didn't bother to apologize in any way. A hotel of this caliber with such disgusting service is simply disgraceful. After the noises of renovation stopped, I went to bed, and then my neighbors' wild adventures began again. It felt like a ******* was located in the room above... As for the furniture, it was quite outdated. It was clean, but it felt as if everything, from the closet to the glass in the bathroom, had been from a bygone era. The only thing I'm grateful for is the girl who greeted me upon check-in. I'm incredibly grateful for her compassion and understanding. If it weren't for her, my entire experience at this hotel would have been extremely negative. It's only because of her that I'm giving the service a 4 instead of a 1!"

"7 Boys hotel in Amman city is a great option for travelers seeking a laid-back and budget-friendly hotel. The hotel offers basic but clean rooms, providing a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring the city. It is located not far from downtown, there are many restaurants, bars, and coffee places at rainbow street (8 min by uber). The staff are warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Basic breakfast is also included but it is really basic, however considering the price it is understandable."
