The hotel is near to golden temple. But the amenities are in poor condition. No lock for washroom. Tv was not working. Ac remote not working etc etc.

2 minutes walk from main entrance of golden temple. Amenities and service were gud. Clean toilets. B full rooms.

Hotel staff behaviour was very rude. After requesting multiple times they haven’t provided the towels and buckets. Breakfast was delayed and even only a loo ke parathas. Stay was not pleasant at all.

There is an open sewage right outside the window. The whole hotel was stinking. Obviously we asked to change the room but they only gave us the option to upgrade with money. Neither the hotel staff nor make my trip were of any assistance. Also the reception staff had a sense of arrogance. If you prefer a sewage view and arrogant welcome this one is for you. Highly disappointed with make my trip and hotel regal.

Horrible experience with hotel regal. Stayed with my family for 2 nights. 1st the approached road is very unhygienic, bathroom lock is broken, when we asked to repair it, they suggested us to manage with it rather repair it. We booked including breakfast but it very funny they served the same at 10. 30 am. Now it's for dinner time they promised us to provide the dinner at 10. 00 pm but at 10. 40 we have to call 3 times to give us the dinner again with what they liked not the food we ordered. Lastly the behavior of the staff are not professional. They don't know how to deal with guest. We have seen the reviews of make my trip but i m very sure that those are paid promotions.
