Only advantage is the location.. Rooms are very untidy and not clean hotel is not maintained at all. Bathroom was smelly. No breakfast service and messy setup, no cab service. I would not recommend this

I booked a room with advance payment, when I arrived they made me sit in the living room and told me to wait a moment. After an hour I was still there and in the meantime new customers arrived and were given the keys to the rooms, impatiently I asked for information and I was told that my room was not available and that they would send me with a taxi to another hotel, I refused and asked for a room there, because I had paid to be near the Temple and I wanted to stay there. They were very surprised by my reaction which perhaps they didn't expect from a woman traveling alone and they immediately accompanied me to my room which was naturally available, but which they wanted to keep for any other guests, as I had already paid anyway. The only positive notes are the location and the covered panoramic terrace where they serve breakfast, which however is neglected and dirty. I only found Indian breakfast. Be careful if you book with advance payment you demand your room.

I stay at this hotel for all my trips to Amritsar. The management and staff are very polite and service minded. Airport pick up and drop can be arranged by the hotel. The hotel is in close proximity to the Golden Temple and Markets. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to stay close to the Golden Temple to definitely stay here. A word of appreciation for Mr. Raj who always ensures we get the best service.

Only advantage is the location.. and there are other hotels far better than this in the vicinity. Rooms are very untidy and hotel is not maintained at all. Bathroom was smelly. No breakfast service and messy setup . I would not recommend this

The staff is not helpful. The only good thing is location of this hotel and it is infront of Golden temple. But, it is challanging to reach hotel bcz local police do not allow autos, cars on most of the roads. If you are planning to reach here through your car then i will suggest you to choose hotel at different and outer area. Reason of low rating: 1. Rooms was not neat and clean. 2. Washroom was also dirty and dusty. 3. Bedsheet was not clean and it was previously used bedsheet. 4. Food was below average.

I must say this is the best hotel if you want to stay near to the Golden Temple, its right opposite to Golden temple, I won't even call it walking distance, its like you step out of the Golden Temple and get into the space that is the shared parking space the hotels. The rooms are neat and clean, don't expect any luxury here, these are basic hotels, but provide all that you would need for a short 2-3 nights stay. I have stayed here twice and my experience has been great. In fact, on my recent visit I got lost and didn't know how to bring my car to the hotel, and the hotel manager sent someone to pick me up, that was a great gesture. One thing you need to be careful about is bringing your car here, its not straight forward, GPS doesn't work that great, it might guide you to narrow lanes where you might get stuck, better to talk to the hotel guys and they would guide you. The food variety is average, but taste is good and value for money.

Facilities were not good and staff asking for 30 rupees for water bottle which generally is of 15 bucks. Rooms were very bad. Not clear at all. Please don't book this hotel . You will suffer and your money will be wasted.
