Hotel Airlines

Horrible Horrible Horrible ! Dont get into trap and book this filthy, unhygienic hotel. It should be closed and get renovated or demolished. Rooms are filthy, dirty, spider webs, dirty bed sheets, dirt everywhere. Shower doesn't work , tap is in a bad shape, dirty bucket, poor condition. They dont even has basic amenities in the room. No phone in the room so you go down to ask for anything. No iron, no tooth brush, no tooth paste, Only pillow covers with hole. Filthy blanket. Electricity went off in the middle of the night and they take good 10-15 minutes to turn on the generator as per them. Flies everywhere ! Dirt everywhere!poor hotel. Dont book this hotel even for free ! Just walk 200 meters and there are tons of good hotels. It should not be a hotel and i don’t understand what check tourism of amritsar is doing.

It was an average experience as the receptionist was arrogant and couldn’t control her temperament while talking to the customer. She should have been more cordial and genuine.

Old rooms and furniture. Staff is good. It should be more clean.

Toilet not working properly no passing air in window tv not working after owner says i will activate the pack but not working

I have booked a non ac room for rs around 2000 and got a worst room with smelling, teared bedsheet, no proper pressure in tap, moisture all around, plaster from wall and seiling was crumbling. Hotel has provided an extra bed without mattress only a thin blanket was there. Horrible experience.

Poor terrible and bad rooms dampness smell the ceiling was literally leaking don't book this hotel

had a sound sleep ..the property is old really is under renovation ...centerally located with nice mannered , smiling owner n staff ...a value for money 🤝

we experienced severe cold and hotel management provided us heater and upgraded our room without extra charges.

I wish i could give 5 star, its deserves all, but because of goibibo and hotel's miscommunication there was little issue in check in. Except that hotel was superb, room is spacious, have jhula in it. Hotel have lift. Taste of breakfast was superb. Staff behavior was really good including owner of hotel. 100% recommended to everyone,  the delux rooms.
