The room given to us doesn’t have a window for air ventilation. But overall I like it because the location is very nice. Going to city center is easy. And there are many shops and food places nearby.

Always loving this hotel for its location where it’s near food hall and nice bars. Third time here. Just a pity the regular room doesn’t have a window.

If you are considering a comfort room or upgrade, the rooms on the 2nd floor (3 rd level) do not have an elevator. You must carry your bags from the 1st floor. Other than that the room was very nice. Very clean. Also liked the location. If you like to walk, it's easy to get to museums, etc.

This was a fantastic choice for our stay. It was not far from public transportation and walking was easy to most popular sites. We are SO happy we did not stay in the very busy, touristy area. It felt much safer and cleaner - lovely hotel.

I books this trip for my partners birthday and it was such a great price which shocked us when we arrived because it looked a lot more expensive than it was. Everywhere was decorated beautifully and the cleanliness was perfect. The staff were incredible lively and helpful. One of the staff even got a map up to help show us where to go. The only downfall was that our room had two single beds pushed together with two single quilts. Would have been better with at least a double quilt. But overall the hotel was more than we were expecting, the staff were delightful and the location was pretty good for the price. About 30/45 minute walk to the middle of the centre.
