The hotel staff was super nice
I let them knew it was my best friends birthday and they sang her happy birthday and left chocolate and balloons in our room
Location is so good!!!!!
In the middle of everything and only 10 minutes to dam square.
Breakfast was also very good.

They area was really good. It’s close to everything restaurants bars train and what I like about the area they maintain the cleanliness.

Checking in was smooth and easy, and we were able to do so early! Our stay was extremely comfortable and affordable for such a great location. The room did smell a bit but as we were really just using it as a place to shower and rest we didn't make it a big deal. Couldn't figure out how to use the blow dryer and whoever was on duty that night was kind enough to come up and show me! Appreciated the baggage hold after checking out as well, really made a diifference.

The rooms have no air conditioning. Horrible air circulation. You have to leave the window open just to try to get some air, but the area is so loud. They don’t stop partying till 4 to 5 in the morning so it’s almost impossible to get any sleep do yourself a favor. Stay somewhere.

Our 1st time staying in a central hotel in Amsterdam. The hotel is perfectly convenient for all your needs. There are some lovely restaurants and cafe's near by. The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff always appeared happy and accomodating. The room we had was very spacious, with a huge window that you could open up slightly. The room was a little cold (i would rather be cold, my partner prefers the warmth) there was an oil heater in the room on arrival. This helped and took the chill out of the room! The beds were a little uncomfortable for us and could of been abit firmer (personal choice). I would consider staying here again.

92 / 5.000 Hotel well located in the center of Amsterdam and pleasant stay and rest in the city. El desayuno estaba bien sin ser muy abundante y para comer, junto al hotel hay variedad de sitios. The breakfast was good without being too abundant and to eat, there are a variety of places next to the hotel.
