Door lock was broken 🥲

Everything was great except the airconditioner that we could not regulate. My husband enjoyed it but for me it was too chilly. Other than that we had a great time there and would love to return.

Around 5mins walk from Brussel-Midi station, it's quite convenient if you take trains to nearby cities frequently - though the neighhood is pretty shady, doesn't feel safe if you are travelling solo. Room price doesn't include cleaning service (only for changing sheets and towels), be prepared to be charged extra if you want your room cleaned daily for a longer stay. During my whole stay the wifi is down, which is very frustrating when you do expect internet access in your hotel to have scheduled work and personal calls. I've brought this matter to the staff multiple times and was basically getting brushed off and said there is nothing they can do but to wait. I would understand if it is a temporary issue but for around a week the lack of action and alternate solutions is just very disappointing, not to mention I have to pay extra everyday for my data plan because no one can tell when will the wifi be restored (or never in this case)

An apartment that has everything you need - even for cooking smaller dishes. Towel changes everyday, and friendly staff. However, the location is a bit tricky. Close to the train station but 30minutes walk to the city (passing neighborhoods I wouldn’t walk in by myself in the dark).

Nice hotel and near to station

The hotel is more than 400 meters away from Brussels South Train Station. It is located in a residential area. The surrounding environment is relatively busy, but it is very convenient to the train station. The room is large and the furniture configurations are quite new. The hotel staff is warm, proactive and thoughtful. I will return to Brussels on my return trip. It is a hotel worth staying in again.

Very clean hotel, the front desk service is also very good, 5 minutes walk from Brussels MIDI station. Turn left at the hotel entrance and go straight to the end, very convenient! It is about 1.3 to 1.5 kilometers to Brussels Grand Place on foot, very convenient. I went for a run in the morning and walked a few laps for 5 kilometers but still couldn't get there!

It is on the back of the train station, less than 2 kilometers from the central square, and convenient for travel. The room has a coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, pots, etc., which is convenient for washing and cooking.

The room is relatively small, you can cook your own food, it's a 5-minute walk from the train station, there's nothing around, the security is worrying. 🚗You can't park on the street, there's a risk of being smashed.

It's very close to the train station, just a few minutes' walk and a turn! The security work is also in place. There is a small kitchen in the hotel, so you can cook something in the room, which is very convenient.
