Location is not near city center, but there is some restaurants nearby. Room is clean and comfortable. But the toilet and the bath tub did not have separate door, a bit not convenient. Reception staffs are really nice and helpful. But the restaurants staffs are bad, not polite if you need to get something from them. We are having buffet dinner over there because my parents want to eat mussels, but it only appear 1 time that night. Not recommended the restaurant inside hotel.

Located near the Bruxelle-Midi train station. However, one of the female staff is kind of rude when they know that we are Asians and went to serve other Eurasians. Only after knowing we are from Singapore then the other guy served us nicely

We booked two double rooms at the same price, but we were given one larger and one smaller. The larger one had a small living room with a long sofa, and the smaller one was really small.

The hotel itself is very good ~ very comfortable, but the surrounding environment is a bit dirty, pay attention to the water flowing out when taking a shower ~

It is very close to the subway and train station, and not too far from the attractions. The room is clean, the service staff is very friendly, and you can borrow luggage in the basement. Except for the room lights being a bit dim, everything else is good!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No doubt about it. The hotel is located near the South Station. We took the train to Brussels South Station at around 10 pm. Although the hotel is less than 10 minutes' walk from the South Station, I asked the police at the train station and they told me that this area is not safe and asked me to take a taxi at night. Sure enough, on the way to the taxi, **** (******), these people are not good people at first glance. After checking in, the room rate cartoons are very gloomy and scary. My daughter dared not sleep. The quilt is a down quilt, but it is huddled together. The pillow has an unpleasant smell. The hotel elevator also turns left and right. Choose this hotel carefully.

Excellent hotel, the area is very ordinary, you can see and feel dangers, so much so that on the first day 3 police cars arrived to search passers-by. This can be difficult for adults in a new city, but even more so if you go with children. The facilities are perfect for children, ours enjoyed the hotel very much.

It's comfortable and fun because the family can stay together and use separate beds. It was nice to be able to borrow an umbrella. I was very satisfied except that the neighborhood was a bit uneasy.

The hotel was clean and the location was great as you could walk to major tourist attractions in about 20-30 minutes. However, I thought it would be unsafe to walk around alone late at night because the area is where many immigrants live.

The hotel is very good and highly recommended. It is especially suitable for families with children. The rooms are fully equipped and each room has a comic theme, especially cartoons. Children will definitely like it...
