Der Service ist einem 5 Sterne Hotel leider nicht gerecht. Egal ob beim Frühstück oder beim Snack in der Lobby wartet man ewig auf seine bestellten Getränke oder wird meistens komplett vergessen. Da keine Ohrenstäbchen auf unserem Zimmer lagen haben wir Housekeeping danach gefragt. Die Antwort war das diese ausgegangen wären. Keine Informationen über Veranstaltungen oder besondere Weihnachtsveranstaltungen. Ebenfalls bekam man als Hotelgast keinen Platz mehr in einem der Restaurants im Hotel auf Heilig Abend. Alles läuft sehr chaotisch ab als ob das gesamte Personal neu angefangen hat oder nicht über Abläufe geschult worden ist. Der komplette Aufenthalt wird einem 5 Sterne Hotel und vor allem dem verlangten Betrag nicht gerecht, daher würden wir dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Unser Aufenthalt im Chedi Andermatt im Frühjahr war einfach fantastisch! Mit unserem Hund wurden wir herzlich willkommen geheissen, was uns besonders gefreut hat. Das Zimmer war grosszügig und luxuriös ausgestattet – ein super Blick auf den Innenhof. Das Gym liess keine Wünsche offen, und das riesige Frühstücksbuffet war ein echtes Highlight. Man musst mich nach dessen Besuch quasi aufs Zimmer rollen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Aufmerksamkeit des engagierten und talentierten Teams, man spürt die umsichtige Führung, die dieses Erlebnis erst möglich macht. Unser Dank gilt dem ganzen Team!
