Superbe week-end passé au Chedi Andermatt, la chambre était très belle, service de réception impeccable. Le Spa est un des meilleur que j’ai utilisé. Petite touche personnalisée, un serveur nous a demandé si nous fêtions un anniversaire au petit déjeuner. C’était effectivement le cas et un gâteau nous a été apporté en chambre juste après. Merci pour ce beau séjour

L’hotel est super, le cadre est impressionnant. Le personnel est toujours aux petits soins et sympathique sans être envahissant. Le Restaurant mêle la cuisine suisse et asiatique à la perfection avec un magnifique choix de fromages. La chambre est simplement sublime!

Exceptional service and room, and food quality. Overall one of the very best hotels we have stayed in. The best spa we have ever visited as well. The setting of the Chedi is also wonderful surrounded as it is by the most dramatic scenery and exploration options.

Hotel Von Ankunft bis Abreise war unser Besuch perfekt. Die Junior Suite liess keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet mit perfektem Bad. Speziell zu erwähnen sind die ausgezeichneten Matratzen sowie das hochwertige Bettzeug! Restaurant The Japanese Wir haben im Restaurant ein Menü der absoluten Sonderklasse genossen. The Twins, wie man die beiden Chefs nennt haben sehr viel Eigenständigkeit, Finesse und Gespür für die Küche. Das Menü war modern, produktebezogen und leicht und bekömmlich. Wenn man heute bei jungen Köchen immer wieder das "Copy-Paste" erlebt und viele Gerichte in den meisten Restaurants ähnlich sind, erlebt man im Chedi eine Welt für sich. Dominik Sato und Fabio Toffolon haben ihren eigenen Stil. Aufregend, leicht, modern und ausgewogen! Ein Menü ist schon beim Lesen eine Offenbarung und birgt manche Überraschung! Wir waren restlos begeistert! Der Service mit einem äusserst kompetenten Maître und einer hochmotivierten, fröhlichen jungen Crew steht der Küche in keiner Weise hintenan! Die Weinkarte lässt keine Wünsche offen und birgt für den Kenner viele Trouvaillen. Das Chedi in Andermatt ist in jeder Beziehung eine Reise wert! André Jaeger
