The deluxe triple room I booked lacked a double bed. There was a sofa but no quilt. I asked for it three times. Sometimes I was given a blanket, sometimes a quilt without a quilt cover. Finally, I was given a sheet. I didn't sleep well at all.

Beautiful and modern hotel. Easy and welcoming check in. Helpful staff. Room was spacious and well-appointed. We are here only one night but would definitely come again!

El hotel muy bonito y con todo lujo de detalles. En la entrada y la salida una bebida a la entrada y botellines de agua para el viaje. Los dos restaurantes muy buenos, el de abajo para poco traer o comer y el de arriba un italiano muy original. El personal muy atento Un excelente hotel.
