管家Jacky張服務很周到，全程提醒，車接車送，行李也是直接送到房間，還幫忙免費升級了房間，感謝。真的是錯峯到最淡的淡季了，就開了一棟樓入住，還沒住滿，早餐品質非常一般，品種很少。房間有飲水機，放的大瓶水（1.5升那種）建議放點小瓶水，包括前台都沒有小瓶水。當天玩的時候甜甜圈滑草不用排隊，卡丁車排隊最多，也就十幾分鍾，其他各種成人項目排隊都不多，小童項目沒人排隊。上下索道走VIp通道，不用排隊，很方便。
