This is an older hotel with a good location. There are many restaurants nearby. It's half an hour's walk from the shopping center. The room is big enough, the bed is big enough, and the service is good. The basic configuration is available, and the bathtub is good. But the wardrobes and tables are relatively old, and the equipment is relatively old. The hair dryer in our room stopped after about ten seconds and couldn't be used. This is not good. The safe is relatively small and old. The breakfast is so-so, not too many varieties.

I recently stayed at your hotel and I want to share my honest feedback regarding a few aspects of my experience. Firstly, I must express my disappointment with the breakfast provided. The selection was quite limited, mainly consisting of dry hard bread and boiled eggs which were served daily. Additionally, it seemed that leftovers were sometimes served, which was not up to the standard I had hoped for. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find out that the swimming pool was not operational during my stay. This was quite inconvenient as I was looking forward to enjoying this facility. In terms of the gym, I found it to be poor and not adequately maintained. The equipment was not in the best condition, which made it difficult to have a proper workout experience. One other point I would like to address is the policy of not allowing guests to bring any food or beverages into the hotel. While I understand the need for certain restrictions, this may be inconvenient for guests who prefer to have their own snacks or drinks with them. I write this email with the intention of providing constructive feedback, as I believe there is room for improvement
