Really enjoyed the stay, front staffs were friendly. Everything was kept neat and tidy.

The hotel is not in the city centre, but is close to the station. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are separate from the toilets and it is quiet at night.

If the bathroom water can be warmer, that will be good.

The location of the hotel is very near to the train and bus station. The distance to all tourist attractions are also within walking distance.

Was an alright hotel. Close to the bus station and train station but a bit far away from the old city and Annecy lac. The area didn’t feel entirely safe for solo female traveler walking at night l. I’d rather somewhere more centrally. Staff were very helpful tho and lovely

The hotel is under renovation, the lobby has been relocated, so the hotel address has been changed. The rooms provided are on the floors where the renovation has been completed, and there is a faint smell of paint. The elevator is very unstable due to the renovation, and you often have to walk downstairs. Because it has just been renovated, the equipment and items are all new, which is not bad.

When I checked in in late July, the hotel was under renovation. There was no parking lot, the entrance to the lobby was closed, and there was only construction and a small temporary reception desk in the lobby. There was a notice in the elevator stating that renovations had started at the beginning of the year, but we have not received any notification about the hotel renovations since we made the reservation in early June. We had to park in the parking lot outside and walk for several minutes with our large luggage. The interior decoration of the room has been completed.
