The continental breakfast was lovely. Also Coffee and tea were available 24 hours downstairs.

距離火車站走路10分鐘路程 與老城相反。但是沿河走到老城也不遠 整體可以 簡約乾淨方便 安納西不大 如果不爬山二天足夠了

附近有政府開發的停車場 步行3-4分鐘,較安全。 其他都中規中矩,唯一希望改善的是 晚上把店面招牌增加亮度,不然真的很難找到。

Conviently located near the central station, the hotel is relatively nice. The area is not the nicest one, but still safe. The room was small and simple, but functional and clean. The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. A nice place for one night in Annecy.

Very friendly and helpful personal Very good breakfast Very clean and hygienic hotel Good location Small room and bathroom Very near parking place whole day 8 euros Hotel parking is very difficult to park and enter inside the park also higher price than other it is 13 euros

The hotel is a convenient walk from the train/bus station. This was our first stay at an Ibis hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was a good size with a nice balcony. There was a heat wave during our visit and the air conditioning worked very well. The darkening shades were amazing and made for a great night's sleep. Good breakfast selections. Great staff in the breakfast area as well as the front desk and housekeeping. The exterior of the hotel and surrounding area could use a refresh but the interior is nicely renovated and bright. I found some of the surrounding area dark at night and would just be mindful if walking solo. I wish the room had a mini fridge!

As I always said: it's an Ibis! Nice, comfortable rooms, with the basics. Friendly staff that will help and advice you. It's well located, close to train station and the old city. The best advice I got from the fron office, was to walk to the old city through the promenade along the river. Gets you immediately into the mood. That you are in a very special and beautiful place!!!

Over the years I’ve stayed in many Ibis hotels all over Europe. My experience has always been good today that ended. The staff at this hotel were unhelpful and rude particularly the manager who refused to apologise and admit he and his staff had made a mistake. I paid in the morning using my credit card in pounds but the machine did not issue a receipt or void. The girl at the desk wanted me to pay again but I refused unless she could issue a VOID receipt. In the end she called the manger who was terrible and accusatory. Even after I showed them on my banking app that the payment had gone through they would not accept it. This manager had a excuse for everything blaming me and everything apart from himself and his rude poorly trained staff. Possibly the worst hotelier I have ever met. In the end I walked away saying I had shown clear proof I had paid and it was not my fault his tech and staff had failed. As I left the hotel he said we have cameras, more or less accusing me of stealing. If any manger and his staff were ever in need of retraining and learning how to deal with customers politely and how to apologise this is it. I shall be making a formal complaint about him to Ibis STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL PLACE!

But, we cannot fail to indicate to readers that some of your statements are not correct about us. First of all, you fail to say that you set up the conflict in the morning by falsely accusing the receptionist of not having informed you that our parking lot was full (and she prove you that it was a false accusation); then you complain about having paid for two bottles of water at the bar when we offer free filtered water to our customers without you knowing about it and therefore you demand to be reimbursed. We explained to you that we invite our customers at the arrival to take a tea,coffee or water in the breakfast room for free.Sometimes, some guests prefer bottles of Evian’s water even if it is not free. When the manager, myself, came for the technical problem which unfortunately occurred with you on the card payment, we tried to call our maintenance to have this ticket which we did not have. This is a problem beyond our control and at this moment our bank can’t certify us that the transaction has successfully acomplished in our side! you accuse us of trying to charge you twice??! Who is rude? Finally, I came to tell you before leaving not to worry and to be able to leave quietly because we were going to manage with our bank for this history of payment because we had cameras which prove that you are in your right. You believed in an accusation and I made it clear to you that this was not the case. You persist in writing it again: I don't understand why... The whole team tries to be polite, courteous and try to do our best for our customers. I invite readers to see the large number of opinions in this direction on all the sites.

We stayed for 2 nights on our way to Italy. We stay in Ibis as stopovers. On arrival I was unsure with regards to the area. The hotel is fairly central to the centre 10 minute walk by the river. I would say at night that walk home is very dark. Carpark in front of the hotel . Room was very basic but ok. Breakfast good I enjoyed the fresh orange juice machine. Staff helpful and friendly.

The hotel has a perfect location. Only a few minutes wqalk to the city center, yet very quiet area. Parking is availabe at a reasonable 10.00 Euro per day. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful especially the reception staff. The breakfast was good nothing to complain about. A special mention to the fresdh orange juice that was great and appreciasted. The rooms are big for an Ibis and all is well. However the maids need to be trained better. Ouir room was not occupied before nor was it prepared for our arrival. Dust on the floor and in the corners in the bathrooms. The shower head was turned upside down. This was not so good but at least the bed sheets and linen were clean and the bed comfortable.

Je vais commencer par les points positifs est cela va aller très vite : l emplacement de l hôtel et la gentillesse du personnel . Mis à part cela je trouve cet hôtel extrêmement cher pour la qualité des prestations La chambre est triste je me serai cru dans une chambre d hôpital , la tv est petite , pas de plateau avec bouilloire. Le petit dej est très minimaliste, pas d œufs brouillés très peu de charcuterie et surtout peu de laitage ( voire inexistant) Bref étant un habitué des ibis stylés je mets celui la en queue de peloton et je passerai mon chemin lors de ma prochaine visite sur Annecy

Ho trovato la struttura in posizione abbastanza centrale ma abbastanza trascurata e soprattutto molto sporca . Noi italiani siamo abituati a un altro tipo di hotel a 3 stelle,anche se business ... non ci ritornerei. Personale disponibile
