房間環境整潔乾淨衞生，淋浴間水温及花灑壓力都還好，可酒店位置臨近主要街路，所以晚上過往車輛的噪聲或多或少會影響正常睡眠。但存在的主要問題有五：一是淋浴間空間極限小，我身高一米七二，體重70公斤，因空間狹窄無法彎腰都無法沖洗小腿；二是“温泉”出水壓力過小，約1.5*1.2泡池面積，如蓄水30cm高得需要二小時；三是對“温泉”水質可疑？因為“温泉”水質清澈透明毫無滑膩感；四是“温泉”出水温度低，甚至在二小時的蓄水後期竟然出的水是涼水温度（這樣的温泉水我真有點懷疑人生而無語了），所以泡池水的温度衹能維持在約37～39度之間；五是因為泡池蓄水需要較長時間，所以大部分住宿客人，在半夜三更開始向泡池蓄水，而“温泉”水管出水噪聲嚴重影響正常睡眠。今年9月中下旬，我曾在承德格林豪泰雙塔山酒店入住過，酒店環境、服務、早餐等體驗感都很不錯。所以本次也選擇了格林豪泰，但此次因不盡如人意而滿滿的失落感。希望酒店能加強改進吧！

前台姐姐非常熱心，我是去千山旅遊的，頭一次去鞍山，前台的姐姐很有耐心的告訴我在哪裡坐車，服務態度非常好，有問題打了前台電話很積極的處理問題，房間不錯乾淨整潔，衞生間設施齊全，裝修挺舒服的，住着心情都好了不少，床墊還可以，爬山累一天了，睡的也挺舒服的，主要位置非常好，很方便走幾分鐘就能到車站，附近過天橋就是萬象滙，附近還有別的商場，地下商場也有，非常棒的一個位置，非常值得推薦！！！換鞋凳，以及衣櫃，衣掛也準備的很充足，可以把另一套衣服也掛起來，非常非常非常棒，畢竟外地人真的怕踩雷，沒想到很驚喜，推薦來遊玩的朋友住這，性價比高，住的舒適，主要位置方便，離鞍山站也特別近，期待下次的旅行

In some hotels I stayed in before, I could see some dust, hair and the like, but this time I stayed at Jasmine House, there was no such problem. Overall, it was very clean. I must praise the staff responsible for cleaning the rooms. Environment: The hotel is located in the bustling area of ​​​​Anshan City Center, with a superior geographical location. Next to it are Dashang Xinmart and Shengli Square. At the same time, there are many bus routes around, which is very convenient for travel. The environment inside the room is also very good. As I said just now, the hygiene is very reassuring, so the environment will naturally not be too bad. Facilities: There are two elevators to go upstairs. You need to swipe the elevator card to go upstairs. This is still trustworthy, at least there is more security. Although the room is not big, it is less than 20 square meters on Ctrip, but it can be said that ”small but complete”, the facilities that should be in the room (including desks, wardrobes, and disposable items for washing) are all there, so the experience is still good. But I personally think there are still two small problems with the facilities in the room. The first is that the TV in the room is a bit small, and the image does not seem to be particularly clear. I hope it can be improved; the second is that the air conditioner in the room I stayed in does not seem to have cold air. Although the room is very warm and not cold at all, it still feels very hot when I first enter. The air conditioner has been debugged for a long time and there is no cold air. During the New Year's Day holiday, when hotels were all raising prices crazily, it was okay to find such a hotel in the city center at this price (114 yuan per night). Although this hotel has also increased in price, it still has a good value for money, and I hope the hotel can continue to maintain it. At the same time, the service details should be strengthened.

After all, in a five-star hotel, the management in this area should be stricter. Service: When checking in and checking out, the front desk can handle the check-in and check-out relatively quickly and can better meet the needs. At the same time, the 500 yuan deposit paid when checking in was also returned to WeChat within half an hour, which is quite efficient. Hygiene: The hygienic conditions in the room are good. There is no very dirty place found. There are only hair and some dust in some corners, but these do not affect the overall situation. Facilities: Facilities should be the ”feature” of this hotel, and they are also the most criticized.
