I stayed in Anshun for tourism. The room was spacious and the bathtub was very comfortable. However, the door handle of the bathroom seemed to be broken, and it was troublesome to close the door from the inside. The door could be repaired. Overall, it was good. It would be better if the check-out could be delayed until 14:00.

The hotel is in a good location. There is Hongshan Lake across the street for boat trips. The hotel is also very close to the Wenmiao and Wumiao on Gufu Street. It takes only a short walk to get there. The room is very spacious. I am very grateful to the front desk staff surnamed Bao for upgrading us to a lake view room. The room can see Hongshan Lake. Knowing that the accompanying gentleman smoked, he also gave us a smoking floor

It is appropriate for a hotel of this price to have higher requirements. So let me ask some small questions too
1. The TV remote control (maybe the battery is dead) cannot be used.
2. Xiaodu can turn off the TV but cannot turn it on
3. Hand soap, body wash, and shampoo all have the same scent, but shampoo makes your hair very dry. It always feels like washing your hair with shower gel.
4. The refrigerator was not turned on when it was first brought into the room. After being manually turned on, the refrigerator did not feel cold after being refrigerated for an hour. Since the refrigerator is noisy and people don't want to leave it on all night, it is useless for people who only stay for one day.
5. The sofa is not made of cloth. It is made of plastic when you sit on it. It doesn’t feel worthy of the decoration.
As for everything else, everything is fine.

The hotel is located in the city center, with complete facilities and warm service. The price of more than 200 is pretty good. The starting price of a taxi is from Xiaozijie Street. There are many restaurants and snacks in the alley opposite, making transportation and eating very convenient. Although the hotel lobby is on the 8th floor, the decoration style is high-end and classy. The hotel is state-owned and run by the Anshun City Labor Union, and the Anshun City Labor Union is downstairs. There are no outside units, so it is very safe and not chaotic. The hotel front desk heard that we did not I also got two complimentary breakfasts when I ordered breakfast. Thank you very much. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Anshun.

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was very good. The overall health, environment and service are good. But I still feel uncomfortable. There is afternoon tea, free (mini) refrigerator, cocktails when booking the hotel, because the front desk did not mention the service at 7 pm, I suddenly remembered to call the front desk at night, afternoon tea because the time is too late, I did not provide it the next day, I left no one to mention this; special cocktails said that it was only available in the restaurant downstairs, and we didn't go too late; Free (mini refrigerator) said that the refrigerator can be enjoyed, the result is a bottle of mineral water, and the front desk feedback, until we are going to sleep, the waiter will come to the door to give us the free (mini refrigerator) things. The whole B&B is very artistic, the room decoration and colors are great, I like it very much! The auntie at the B&B cooks very delicious food, and the small courtyard where you eat is also very atmospheric! It's very cool here, the whole village is quaint, quiet, and a very niche place. The nearby Yunjiu Mountain is worth a visit! It is highly recommended for people who like less crowds, quietness, and coolness to stay here for a night, you will definitely not be disappointed! KKuailexiaogou29yVery satisfied. At 5:30 in the morning, I took the train from Guiyang to Anshun West, and took the tourist bus from the high-speed railway station to Huangguoshu Waterfall. I took the sightseeing bus escalator throughout the scenic area and walked more than 20,000 steps. In the 35-degree high temperature, I visited three scenic spots in one day. I was tired and dizzy. After returning to the hotel, I was very satisfied with the room. The Anshun sour soup meatballs for breakfast were delicious. There is a Yinji Farmhouse Restaurant near the hotel that is very delicious. Although it is a small restaurant with a general environment, the fish is very good and the pig intestines are also delicious. The proprietress is also very enthusiastic. Finally, I found a Didi female driver and took a taxi from the hotel to Anshun West for 100 yuan. The experience is very good. Before leaving, the hotel gave a small gift, which was clearly two small cans of tea, a box of paper, and a box of postcards. I gave it as a souvenir.

AAaron CedricThis hotel gives the guest a warm and personal touch. The best part of the hotel is that the owners are so friendly, treating the guests like family. On the first night I asked for a hot water bottle (热水袋) because I prefer to sleep with that rather than use the AC heating, and the ”mom” of the hotel went out of her way to find me one. On the last day when I was leaving early in the morning before the official breakfast time, she also made sure to give me a prepared breakfast so that I wouldn't be hungry on my day's journey. By the way, the normal breakfast of noodles/mixian is very tasty and nourishing with high quality ingredients. Anyways, the family that runs this hotel really want to make sure you have a comfortable stay, so they are always there to greet you and answer any questions and help you with whatever you need. Even when I asked for clues about where to find batik (蜡染) artists, they found me the phone number of batik artist in a nearby village. They are so eager to help guests squeeze the most out of all of Guizhou's wonders! In my case, as a foreigner and someone who doesn't speak Chinese too well, I found them very patient and helpful.
The rooms of the hotel are really elegant... simple, aesthetically pleasing design. The amenities are all comfortable: the bed mattress was a perfect balance of firm and soft, the shower had high pressure and hot water, etc. The wifi was strong and stable. I should point out that some of the hotel rooms only have a squat toilet, so if you need a seated toilet you should probably contact the hotel in advance to make sure that they have such a room for you before booking.
I should also point out the special location of this hotel. If you, like me, do not have a car and rely on didi or public transportation, then you should know that this hotel is quite a way into the countryside. In fact, on the road to the hotel, the taxi driver asked me, ”Why would you stay in such a remote hotel when there are good hotels in downtown Anshun?” Well, one of the reasons is because I do prefer personal hotels rather than corporate hotels. But also because my primary goal for my stay in Anshun was to see the old garrison villages (屯堡) in the area, not to see other sites like the famous waterfalls. If your goal is to see the old villages, then I think this is the perfect hotel for you. For one reason, one of the original garrison villages is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It's little-visited by tourists and so you'll have the whole place to yourself and get really great photographs. That village (called BenZhai [本寨]) is of great historical importance and is very photogenic, and it's so neat to live so close to it. There's another even bigger and more commercialized (and absolutely beautiful) garrison village, also within walking distance (15-20 minutes by walking), called YunShanTun (云山屯). You're also not too far from the most famous villages, namely JiuZhou and Tianlong. Those are at least an hour by walking, so you'll want to get a car. I found it to be nearly impossible to get a Didi driver to accept such rides in this countryside area, but the good news is that the hotel manager found a friendly guy from the village to drive me to those villages and also later to the airport, for the same prices that Didi predicted it would charge. If you do have your own car, then I don't think you have to worry about anything, as this villages in near the highway and thus you can readily access any of the sites of interest in Anshun from this hotel.
Overall, if you are looking for a hotel with warm and human experiences that is near to the places of great historical interest, this is the right hotel for you!

SSmit_94Wow! Where do I even begin…?! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left, we experienced friendliness from all the staff members. They were all always eager to help and most of them can speak a little English but the translator works wonders as well and they were all very patient with using it. We initially only booked for one night but once arriving at the hotel and seeing the premises and rooms, we knew we had to immediately book another night as it exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, the room we were in wasn’t available for the second night but the staff upgraded us to a better room for the second night with one of the most amazing views! Breakfast was served as a buffet, it’s not very big but it has everything you need and it was delicious! There is a tea experience daily after 6:30pm where you can sit around the fire and grill some nuts, potatoes, sweet potatoes and snack on fruits while sipping on some iced white tea. On the 4th floor of the main building there is also a tea room where you can make your own tea and sip on it while enjoying the magnificent views from the viewing deck. On our second day, Jiao Jiao, the manager of the hotel, took us to the Baling River museum of bridges as well as to the viewing point of Dishuitan Waterfall. She was so helpful, friendly & kind. This hotel will forever be special to us as we got engaged here on our first night so we will definitely be back for many more visits in the future. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. If you find yourself looking for a place to relax and unwind, look no further! Book this hotel, you won’t regret it! PplainshArrived at Huangguoshu at 2pm, took a taxi, and was supposed to stop at the west gate, but the driver sent me to the emergency exit, and the hotel staff took me there. The hotel is a little far from the bus stop for the waterfall, and it feels a bit far to walk on a hot day. I will go to Tianxing Bridge for a break in the afternoon. Believe me, if you are physically fit, you can do it all the way. I took my 77-year-old father and 73-year-old mother, and it took about an hour and 40 minutes. We took the cable car, and there was a free shuttle bus after getting off the cable car. There was no long commercial street as everyone said, and we took the bus directly back to the waterfall. The Tianxing Bridge Cave was a surprise, and the Yinlianzhuitan Waterfall was not beautiful at all without water. There is a Xiaguan Waterfall next to the Huangguoshu Waterfall Hotel, which can be seen by navigation and is also very close. The next morning, I went to see the waterfall up close. If you don't take the elevator, you can go in earlier. The elevator opens on time at 7 o'clock. Now the Water Curtain Cave is closed, so you can only climb up to the viewing platform to see the waterfall, which is a pity. The water volume of the waterfall is not large enough, but the surprise is the Doupotang Waterfall, which has a good water volume. The good thing about staying in a scenic spot is that it is convenient to plan routes and you don't have to squeeze in with the crowds. Of course, I went there in the off-season. The room at Heyuan was over 600, and I think the price/performance ratio is good. The food in the hotel restaurant is OK, the cauliflower and peas are delicious, but the beef with skin is too fat and not worth it.

We had some requirements for the room type, and the manager also helped us upgrade the room type for free, which was very impressive! The room is very cost-effective, and the price during the May Day holiday is also quite suitable. I forgot something in the room after checking out, and they contacted me not long after checking out. Finally, I troubled the hotel to send it back to my home address.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location - there are bus stops directly outside, which makes getting to/ from the bus station and high-speed train station quite convenient. It's only about a 10-15 minute walk to Hongshan lake. There are lots of little shops in the neighborhood, and a few street food stalls up towards the lake. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful; one very patient member of staff spent a long time helping me find information about Huangguoshu falls, and gave useful advice about getting the bus there. The room is spacious and very clean. It even has a cubicle for the shower. Very good value for money.
