Elysium Deluxe Suites

I’m confused why this hotel doesn’t have any reviews yet, I feel it needs more recognition! Just got back from a week here and I honestly could not fault this hotel. The rooms and the decor is absolutely beautiful which made the hotel feel luxury. I’ve been to many hotels in Turkey and this has been the best yet and I’ll be returning next year with family. Ok so location- the hotel is abit out of the way from the attractions but this was absolutely perfect as we just wanted a nice relaxing week. There’s a Turkish supermarket 5 minutes walk that sells everything you could possibly want. We got a taxi to land of legends which cost £25 :) You can use Uber there too so don’t have to worry about cash! Upon arrival at this hotel we was given a bottle of water from reception. We was delighted when we seen our room. Honestly it was stunning! Such lovely decor and very large &clean. They provide everything in the rooms down to toothpaste and shampoo which is a lovely touch! When we checked in the lad at reception told me us room service is on till 11pm it was 10.20pm so when we tried to order a pizza the person on the phone told us room service was finish (he couldn’t be bothered) anyway I went to speak to reception who rang the lad and after a little debate on the phone back and forth, we got out pizza!! So just be careful as this isn’t the first time the lads at the bars said “finished” meaning they couldn’t be bothered. The hotel offer a free shuttle to the beach each day at 1pm, they took us to a beach club which I believe is in connection with the hotel- the man at the beach club was trying to upset us beds and he came across pushy! Food wasn’t very nice either so we only staid for one hour and then left. Around the hotel there’s enough sun beds which is nice. Breakfast is a selection of Turkish bits and was very nice. They have eggs and a few English bits too. Large seating area outside, a few of the floor tiles are broke which could cause a hazard in the future but nothing major. The only complaint I have about this hotel is nobody is at the bar at all times so if you want a drink you sometimes have to go to reception in your swimwear for them to say they’ll send someone over- I waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the bar to take my order. In the heat when you need a drink you can imagine this is frustrating. Another thing, the round lads at the bar did not know how to make a strawberry frozen mocktail.. the women made is perfect but the lad just couldn’t do it and turned out like juice (it’s not his fault he did try) but maybe show eachother how to make them as the women finished at 4pm and after that I couldn’t order my favourite drink of choice which is a shame. All the staff are lovely The spa was perfect- £38 for a massage and a Turkish bath was just what I needed! I’ll definitely be returning and couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Thankyou
